Nobody reads Results thoroughly these days. The truth is that there is a big disconnect with the cash in the bank vs the market cap. Also the transition has been completed and due to this the company revenue fell. However the statement from the results also states that they have have started this year well. Its peers which i believe its Plus500 has market cap of 0ver £700m. Im not saying this company will become £700m market cap overnight but in long term if the revenue is generating and become a profitable business then surely at this Price is cheap. Nobody is forcing anyone to buy its all about doing your own research and having a punt if you believe in the company.

Similar company to this is Plus500 with market cap above 700m. Long term it can happen to this company. Next set of results will provide more information as to how they are doing. However the statement confirms they are already seeing the benefits.

Its more to do realising the cash in the bank. Net cash and short term receivables of £16.1 million.

I dont think they need to sell current Assets as its still fit in new defined Investment Strategy. The reason for change is so that they can look at other sector as well. They mention mainly financial services and financial services technology. I believe that they have taken this approach because they have already interested and need to change Policy to make the next move. I personally believe news this month but will have to wait and see. Anyhow still dirt cheap at current Price.

800k Market cap for a company with 1M in the bank and 500k in refunded investments. Compare with NYO with only 300k with market cap 1.86m which company would you choose? AGM to change name and make investment in other sector. Theyre eyeing up in fintech sector like NYO.
