Its not important what PI think unfortunately its what the market feels and sentiment is holding this back enormously. If it doesn't get cleared up soon another placing will take place on or around the 6th(it may happen anyway) and another 175 million shares added which in turn effects the SP and dominoes to what the price will be when/if oil is found.
The eco warriors know exactly what they are doing and have been to eagerly dismissed by most(myself) as a side show. They are the most dangerous thing out there right now.

The problem is that the Eco warriors argument is simply a "gotcha moment" that they can splatter over the front pages. In reality it's a very poor defense and quashed easily, but they are only doing this for publicity and it will be put to bed by today/tomorrow.
The drill is still churning away.

If they want to carry out a well test than this bodes well, and even though I dispise the terms the well test was taken off the original drill to bring costs down(so I believe)

You believe the 2nd tranche will be used for "well test" or am I reading it wrong.
Either way I now believe they will take the funds.

Less than 10 days ago you were talking about a 25 bagger and now that BPC is in a much stronger position you are out, time will tell if it was a smart move or a shocker.

Maybe bolted too early(I don't have a crystal ball). On a find of the black gold the eco warriors will be put in the corner and given their toys back to play with as too much money at stake and the majors whom will be involved have lawyers that put the bejesus up anyone

Not sure why people are worried about mid day price, come end of day it will be up and price

Timing maybe correct, but the judge is taking "oral" arguments only. Once these have been heard we shall quickly hear the outcome favourable or not favourable.

And nothing to do with the legal issues getting resolved??
