Trinidad had definite potential, but is it enough to move the business out of regular placings I don't know and don't trust the BOD.
Todays price is .36 which is worrying taking into account that the placing price is .35.

Madness, you are voting yes to everything the BOD want, and this is giving them the opportunity to further dilutions. If I read correctly, they want to be able exercise 750 million when they see fit.
The next placing after consolidation will be swift and you will still blab how needed it was

The major problem I see with this dilution is that it will probably need to be repriced as I cannot see this staying above .35. I now put a price target of .25 on this by the time the shares are offered.

They only missed one dril that was more than 10 years in the planning, +120 million dollars spent with bills of over +10 million for the drill outstanding.
