"Completion of the Acquisition is conditional, inter alia, on final due diligence, which is expected to be completed by GST by 31 October 2021"

Surely it will be October 31st when it will pop pop as the deal will be ratified by then, that is if I read the RNS correctly

There is no indication that the Api has been applied for just the expectation that it has from multiple posters on here. As you put it, the sp is doing the talking and regrettably it's going one way until significant news arrives. When, who knows?(nobody)
