What is plan going forward now. New BOD, funding from a new partner, webinar this week showing the way forward.

TG haven't done anything expect for a pending court case, I cant find any reason or secondary plan not to back the resolutions

Presented a viable alternative plan as well as candidates for the BOD, and nows its to late to do so.

No point in having a plan if shareholders dont know it, anyway pointless now as too late to enact it.

Advice not needed, as it seems you and your TG colleagues need some on how to formulate an actual plan and no just talk about one.
