Joe probably wasn’t expecting GSPC to stab us in the back a second time. So not only have they not paid us, they won’t cooperate in removing themselves from Cambay. I myself would be a little embarrassed saying a “quick” resolution to now be in the situation we are in currently. The law will win eventually.

I don’t know how much we would get for cambay but selling that off would definitely fund us to go else where. Chesh will say we would be mad to because of how much potential there is in the ground but at the end of the day, it’s we either stick it out and get Cambay running again or cut our losses and focus ideally in Australian territory.

With regards to financing the next venture, there’s many options available. Loans, selling off capital, fund raising over the stock market.....Oilex does have some income (there’s a video to prove that).

Plus they will be having another partner so costs will be reduced.

Only time will tell if any of this succeeds. Of course I agree with you that this can only go for so long until drastic action is taken.

Very good point. But at the same time I don’t know how often Joe or a member of his staff fly out to India. You’d hope a partner would be an emails reach from communication but sadly not. I’ll let the RNS drop and then I can decide on what gaps need questioning.

Arb might result in an actual legal team having to fly out and bang on the door with a notice of eviction, who knows!

I can’t imagine Cambay will be settled as of yet and arb will still be happening (mainly because last I heard was that GSPC have stopped replying to Oilex’s emails which is making things extremely difficult).

The headline I’m waiting for is the new venture that they are looking at doing. Where they will be and who with? It was in the planning stage, so some mention of it’s status would be nice.

There’s several companies that want to take GSPCs position as they have been in contact with Oilex. Though at the minute GSPC won’t budge and forcing things to get messy and legal.

Don’t expect fireworks until 2020 (as a guess) when GSPC are finally gone and we have a new partner, plus a second venture on the go.

Obviously this is still high risk as money is tight and I wouldn’t be surprised if dilution/fund raising happens to help jump start and speed up the progress on site.

Plus this is heavily based on people actually buying and owning shares. If the next RNS is poor, I dread to think where the SP will land next though I don’t think it can fall much further anyway as we are already technically a shell. It’s the percentages that will be harsh. If it’s good I expect a aggressive spike.
