I’m just as frustrated as you Gord, but to be realistic the company hasn’t gained in value yet even though a new deal has been struck. Once drills are turning then you will have your money back no problem.

We will hopefully be drilling Cambay before the end of the year, worst case Jan/Feb time (as a guess).

Drills turning in both Cambay and the new venture? Expect us to go passed 1p easily.

Don’t take my advice Gordon but if it was me, I’d sell on the spike of news that we are drilling. This is AIM after all where you can be 100% up one day then it’s a 20% red day the next.

Focus on your mission of getting your money back.
Take advantage of this drop and keep trying to lower average if you want to.

I did say this was going to be a bad year and the fun is in 2020 and 2021 where (fingers crossed) we are producing in 2 fields. Then the real forecast of 2-3p comes into play.

We all want our money now but this is just a flowerbed that’s just been seeded. Wait for next spring ;-)

In the 2017 presentation on YouTube, Joe says GSPC are looking to sell off their stake in Cambay so it will most likely be a new partner and one that is highly respectable I’d imagine to avoid such a thing to ever happen again. However this takes time unfortunately.

There is more details to this and I don’t know why Joe won’t be more open about it. Saying “well advanced” is great but could we have more info on what the advanced is? Especially if it is “well advanced” or is it street talk? Oilex massive. Ali G.

Sorry if it lead to confusion, my figures were based on how many shares they owned and how much money it cost them. Not the price they bought in at. (1 share costing $40mil? Lmao).

Why do I get the gut feeling that this will end up like an episode of scooby doo and we pull Chesh’s mask off and it’s Joe.

I found Joe to be very humble and doesn’t come across like he’s someone with a lot of money. But I’m sure his personal bank balance is very healthy and what he spends his money on is up to him.

What I’m getting at is, do the board members need to be paid such large salaries to survive outside of work? I’m sure he could live on 100k and everyone else take a cut for one year to boost the company balance and then go back to 200k after.

If money is so tight, why don’t the bod take a temporary pay cut until cash turns positive?

According to Bloomberg Joes salary is over $200k. Now add all the other board members and it totals to a very expensive workforce, not including the Indian employees.

You can still live a lavish life style on $100k. Once the cash starts rolling in they can back pay themselves in bonuses as a reward for getting us out of the ****.

In the mean time if the company means that much to them they should consider a drop in wages.
