Can you proof read this for me and say what I should change or add?
Subject: Questions on current and future activities.
Hi Max hope you're well.
I am a current growing share holder of Oilex and a member of London South East (investor/trading forums)
You maybe aware, there is a lot of guess work and non stop debating from investors over the forums on what will happen in the foreseeable future.
Many of us would like to know some more details on current and future activity, as the news provided to the public can be quite limited.
I have a few questions from myself and I'm sure it also represents other investor interests.
With regards to your joint venture with GSPC in Cambay, you've gone down the route to try make a deal without Arbitration, how long are you willing to give this a go until you will have to take the Arb route? (Knowing the window of how long it might take until stronger action needs to be taken).
If a deal is made, how many years of commercial production can you see yourself having? (Obviously with successful drills)
Once cash positive, can you see yourself handing out dividends?
If you do go to Arb what exactly will you be pushing for?
If GSPC still fails to play ball after Arb what could happen to them and for you and in what time frame?
Have you considered selling the cambay block and moving to a new one without GSPC?
Last year, oil was discovered off the coast of Australia (your homeland!), are you interested in exploring this area?
GPCB are currently challenging you with regards to water pollution, which you are currently disputing, can you give us more details?
Why do you think that the Indian government is trying to make life difficult for Oilex? (Let's not beat around the bush, they are!)
I'll be very grateful and humbled by any response you can give as I'm sure you are bombarded with emails on a daily basis.
If you can't answer some questions due to them potentially being sensitive, I understand.
I and other investors look forward to anything you can give us.
Anything you do say, am I allowed to post a copy for actual proof that you have replied?
Best wishes to you, Joe and the team.
Yours sincerely,
Kevin Costner
