I’m not a chef but I had a restaurant and my chef was crap I’d sack him and get a better one regardless if I couldn’t to a better job.

It’s completely clear now as to why Align left. They stayed professional by not slinging poo and left us to find out for ourselves. Might be worth contacting RIM if they would agree to a board change. Combine everyone else here who wants change and we have enough fire power to wipe the board out.

We need a new board or a complete take over from another firm.

I’m starting to sway towards us going down the route of kicking the board out. If they want keep doing this, let’s just derail the train and start again.

The two (low pressure) wells we had are shut, so we aren’t producing anything at the moment. (Zero gas sales income!)

Years ago a new drilling technique was researched on how we can get hopefully get medium-high pressure. Following all that, we had the GSPC saga which has taken all the way up until now to sort out.

It’s favouring that drilling won’t be happening until 2021. But if this new technique works... it will open up many doors.

I am anti bod in regards to how many employees the company has plus wages vs company production.

At the same time I wouldn’t want to just bin the board off just like that because if they did leave with immediate effect, oilex would collapse on itself because there would be no one to run it.

At the same time if they were running on a notice period, they would just milk the last bit of wages and do literally f*** all just to stick the finger up back at us.

What we need is someone who would be good for the company to be screaming at wanting to run it before any steps to remove the board went into action.

At same time I’ve been in contact with joe a few times and other investors. Now if you had joined the inner circle previously, you could of been on that video call with us to voice what ever it is you’d like to speak to him about...

Gordon countless times I’ve offered you to join me outside LSE which you consistently decline to end up remaining dubious... I could of had you face to face with Joe by now and you could of told him your concerns followed with questions...

I can confirm Conger is telling the truth because I already knew what he posted on the board.

If you really want to know what’s going on, ask joe to become a insider. He will provide you with paperwork to sign, but don’t think you’ll be able to trade your shares freely.. And leaking info is another offence..

The only way to round this saga off is we are waiting for the paperwork to be finished...

In the mean time the argument of cash burn remains...

A farm out alone would send the SP multiples beyond what it is now. It appeared this week with another firm doing a farm out sending the SP rocketing...

If the deal is done within the next month, it will be very possible to drill this year. If the deal had been done during Xmas we may of had to wait for the monsoon season to pass (which is right round the corner).

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) designates four climatological seasons:

Winter, occurring from December to February. ...

Summer or pre-monsoon season, lasting from March to May. ...

Monsoon or rainy season, lasting from June to September. ...

Post-monsoon or autumn season, lasting from October to November.

The drill can be rigged up from anytime after October as it will be much drier (hopefully).

And actual drilling can commence spring/early summer 2021.

Fingers crossed the new company has their own drill, otherwise let’s also hope joe as been getting quotes from hiring one.

Earning* a wage

What if we set up a conference call with Joe and any other board members that we can get to attend, and set up a ‘Zoom’ meeting where most of us can have a in-house shareholders discussion?

If we prove we are share holders, Joe may be more in-depth with us, plus we can hit him with a series of questions. Personally I want to know if Joe’s got any fire in his belly at all to make Oilex a success or weather he’s just coasting along warming a wage for just being the face of oilex.

Or we can apply pressure by still sending a letter but saying that if certain targets aren’t met in a time period then we will be looking at contacting VAL...

At the same time Joe is going to jump ship in the future anyway, so I think he will gladly resign knowing brads making a desk space for him.

At the same time, who can we trust with a AIM company that’s stuck in this position?

I’d rather us be put out of our misery and sell of cambay and distribute the sold cash to share holders and walk away.

It’s a sad story if you think about it... 100 million poured into a dust bowl and it just disappears like that with nothing to show. Unbelievable.
