No I’m not working unfortunately. I say unfortunately because I’m not earning anymore. (went self employed under 12months ago so got no government protection).

I’ve had to make the decision to get a new job until all this blows over.

If things get any worse, it won’t be the sale of cambay, it will be the sale of Oilex and all of its assets.

I don’t like how they say the deal is behind closed doors. For all we know Mickey Mouse is the winner.

You’d hope Oilex has access to see what is going on and progress!

It’s literally 50/50 if we pull through.

India are in complete lockdown, the oil/gas price has fallen dramatically.

This means cambay is no longer worth as much as it was before the oil war with Russia and Saudi Arabia.

The winning bidder knows they could get this at a cheaper price now.

If you knew you could buy capital at a discounted rate due to market conditions, you’d rather pull out and provide a new bid or go else where. (Thus a deal collapse and we are fooked). No deal or a very delayed deal.

We can only hope that there’s a a signature that once accepted they can’t pull out no matter what.

We don’t know how protected the deal is. All we were told was 90days but yet we are miles passed that and there’s been NO penalties in our favour...

This is why I’m losing trust in what is said in the RNSs.

I wonder if Joe has thought about ways oilex can go down a different road to make money in other ways and start up a side project of producing green energy. That seems to be the growing market.

He does come across humble, polite and a generally nice person. But when it comes to personal finances, maybe there’s a different side to him.

Reduced his days in work but no mention of a pay cut? Maybe I’m being petty and sorry if I am but I have a trust issue at the moment.

If you work less but don’t cut your pay you are actually having a pay rise? The RNS is yet again too vague. It should say what their monthly pay was and is now with the reduced hours.

If we survive this and the GSPC sale goes through, expect the SP to start motoring in a few years time.

Forget when the sale is complete. We just need a RNS saying who the winner was and how much. If that RNS came through today, we would be back in the .20s no problem.

With that much cash just for a punt, he’s probably not that bothered or not in a hurry to get his money back.
