Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Just checked in & see lots of great posts. I've got a very small 330,000 shares. LTH and have recently been undecided about increasing my holding. Averaging 0.5p I'm back in Aberdeenshire, was Bristol. Family background in shipping so H&W purchase has really been exciting (& worrying). The decommissioning opportunities are something to watch.
This has been talked about on & off, with long term possible use of Islandmagee salt caverns having a potential use after gas. Plenty of articles in today's press. Forgive me for asking a basic question, but why are they looking at offshore locations such as SNS given the cost of drilling offshore compared to onshore? https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/undersea-rocks-could-store-power-from-wind-farms-5l3000m95
Looks like I'm going to miss the AGM - so yet again I won't be meeting you LTH serious posters. Looking forward to my skiing holiday however, just hope I get back in one piece, & hope to meeting up at some point in the future, Roll on funding news. GLA
Not all day traders - I did a bit of top slicing, first time I've every sold any of these shares, & been holding for several years through good times & not so good. Would love to be able to take a bigger risk but ..... I'm a very small investor! GLA
I don't think the late bidder would be NIE simply because its been two years since the N.I. Assembly last functioned. It will be interesting to know who it was. I'm just hoping I can carry on holding these shares as a house sale has just fallen through.
Wishing all the other long term holders a very happy new year. Really enjoy following this board & like others I appreciate the comments. Our patience is paying off, new BoD doing a great job & once again thanks to Adrian for putting so much effort in.
Good to read some positive news re FEED. As Adrian understands so well, gas continues to be an important part of our energy mix, & will continue to be so alongside renewables [increasing] as coal & oil wane. Slightly at a tangent, heard an interesting GA lecture recently at Bristol Uni about imported biomass wood pellets for Drax & the numbers quoted are worryingly overstated in terms of the benefits. Still holding & just topped up significantly sub .25 DYOR etc GL all & to the board.
