Your assumption of 8p piri and 15.5p tern conversion isnt fixed so your hedge maybe out as the share prices fluctuate, tern is now 13p and struggling already down from 15.5p and piri is barely 6p, ie 2p diff on both.

You should have waited the tern/piri psycho drama has only just started.
