It all sounds great, but as Pete often says that these things take years to turn in to a contract [see DRC], then if the chat with the president goes well, do we really think that Pete will be announcing a contract within the next few months......I don't, the Presidents minions will then begin the procurement process... and equally can CAR just give contracts to overseas suppliers without competition..... they too will have a clear robust procurement process....... wont they?...................B

Sorry HighRating, we know it’s going down because those who want it to go down are colluding with their army of bots… if it’s to short, then at the moment they are in control… at some point this will turn and those who went short will make on the way up….
