And we haven’t hear a peep about the “internal prime” that will partner with Wsg on the DRC opportunity.. funny, I cannot see it mentioned on a single RNS.. but it was in one of the Wsg presentations…. Pete described it as good news as it increases scope… sounds awfully like Tema in commercial construct and likely again to not be the lions share coming our way…. Funny how we are not getting bashed by the rampers leading up to Thursday and no doubt a mahoosive new contract is only a placement and ratification away…B

I tend to agree misty... to coincidence.... sorry, I mean timing of the Westminster IRAN announcement "Where's Wally" and Donald throwing his toys out the cot being simultaneous was just bad luck wasnt it?... I mean Pete has a signed contract that seems to follow the same pattern as DRC in that although it was signed it still needed a "board approval"... code for ratification I suspect that never materialised.. and Trumpy then crashed the party...... Pete still sees IRAN as one of his greatest achievements.... looks like he measures success by er well "failure"........... B

On a serious note… H1 is going to be a big deal….He could blame covid for 2020 and 2021… 2022 was a big bounce back for the world apparently…Pete had all those irons in the fire at the end of 2021 that unfortunately slipped in to this year…. are they all going to slip through his fingers in to 2023?….. last chance saloon me thinks and all his corner stone investors who bought at 4p and 5.7p must be getting bored…. well.... this is the "big" week.... Pete will issue H1 on Thursday... the parrot should provide an indication as to how dead he is.... I expect a little sp movement leading up to Thursday as peeps take a bet on how deep a grave we need to dig..... Pete will be putting stockings and suspenders on the Pig alongside copious amounts of lipstick.... lets see who takes a liking to the pig once the curtain is raised....

will he provide a glowing outlook for H2 to take away the disappointment of a rubbish H1.. No doubt he will have to tell us if DRC will happen in Q4 and more importantly will it put gold in the coffers... same with Liberia and KSA... He will no doubt suggest all is on track to stop the sp tanking sub 1p... and then tell us a new version of the truth in Nov as forecasts dissolve....

Come on Arden lets have a new 2022 and 2023 report update..... I think currently 2022 revenues are forecast at £20M.... haven't read the latest Arden report for a while...

Bilge, you are funny..... Firstly the SA contract you mentioned was announced in December subject to the standstill..... so of course that was going to turn up in early 2022.... in fact I am not entirely sure that it has been started or finished yet... maybe H1 will tell us.....

As already stated, Pete is as Liar... he misrepresents the truth to keep his scam going.... and regarding your comment that he is "optimistic" rather than "lying" well lets see some evidence of that optimism:

1).. The Ferry ....remember the £500M revenues RNS headline........well he never made a penny, rather he bought a million pound ferry, flogged it on HP, then felt sorry and let them off
2) IRAN.... He ran us round in circles with his "Middle East" Airport MSC.... There was NO WAY he was going to tell us it was IRAN, because we would have run a mile.... It was/is one of the most unstable countries on the planet... so Pete was very optimistic and once again it came to nowt
3) The Pandemic..... Pete fooked the whole opportunity up... chased mango masks and vending machines... promised the world... for a security business... I think we were probably the only related business who didnt make any mobney, even with all his government contacts he still couldnt sell anything
4)TEMA.... Well we were "the lions share", a transformational deal"... became a "meaningful" deal..... became a quid a container.... that was optimism
5) DRC.... Well, he ejaculated early there didnt he...... promised "boots on the ground" in Sept 2021... told us ratification was a formality.... optimism again.
6)Revenues for 2021.... All the way up to October 2021 he promised revenues in excess of £13M...... had to fess up it was closer to £6M.....

So... thats what Pete calls optimism is it?,... I think its misleading the shareholders....... He is an old school family business man.. sort of Arthur Daley, Delboy rolled in to one.... but also has the Robert Maxwell feel about him....

I think he will probably know that DRC is dead and tell us he doesnt like being messed about so cancelled the contract, just to make it look like he is not the sucker......

The sp fall of 75%…we have gone from 3p to 1p
The sizeable contract wins he said that would hit the books late 21 or 2022… er nope none have arrived

Prey tell “Peter fan”…. What have I manipulated as we sit at 1.3p with 3 trades a day averaging £100. Apart from mr 500k who knows something…B

and actually that contract was just smoke and mirrors to allow him to tell us about the healthy cash balance… to try and hold the sp up.. it failed and we lost a further 75% of value from then on… why, because as already stated many times here… fowler is a serial liar. B

Bilge read the question before you engage mouth before brain… I said in the last 7 months(2022 news)…you will note the £1.7m contract was announced in dec 21 … just look at 2022 RNS and you will see only 2 contract wins… bread and butter or niff naff contracts, keep the fowlers in fags….B

Unless of course £300k is a sizeable contract….Pete lowered his standards, but actually as the MC is now £4m… that’s nearly 10% so… maybe it is now material…. But god look how we have fallen to corner shop revenues.B

To confirm, I don’t make these things up, this was in the November 21 Trading update… just more lies….

In addition to the above mentioned CAR contract the Company notes that it is in advanced discussions on several sizeable potential contract awards that could positively impact this year's expected outturn, although it is more likely that these will slip into 2022.

Steve, nice try..... however..... if you look at the contract news that actually make it to RNS..So the material ones as Pete would often say, there has been 2 in 7 months.. one for £300K and one for several hundreds of K [say another £300K]... now that has to be seen as abject failure by their sales team.... now that doesnt chime with the statements made by Pete last xmas when he said that he had lots of contracts in the pipeline but they would fall in to 2022 as he had to admit revenues last year would be paltry but 2022 would be as predicted by Arden [I think £20M ish]...... so if the return of revenue in SL gets added to Tema, plus the bits and bobs and the £600K announced... then we might scrape £10M..... but that's only half of what the big numpty has stated.. and still not revised down..... and only 4 and half months to go.... lets see how much lipstick Pete puts on this pig next week.....B

I just wrote to Pete with my Xmas list:::

Dear Pete, in the H1 report can you:

Provide a material update on DRC and a Q4 start
Provide an update on Liberia
Provide an update on the material contribution to be made from KSA
Confirm we are on track for the 2022 revenue predicted in the Arden report
Confirm a profit
Confirm no more placements

Well Pete and the gang managed to buy in the 5s almost a year ago to the day….perhaps they could average down… only 80% or so lost… and it would only cost Pete a grand to buy another 100k…..his not so major holding would just about buy a middle range Mercedes’ these days….wonder if he is still holding out for his £2 a share….B

and the sp hasn’t really gone up to day to show appreciation for another nebulous RNS.. they just messed about with the spread… will bring it back tomorrow…. Unless of course Pete wants to tell us why he needs to fill all these vacancies in the Middle East….B

The problem here is that we have all seen way too often the difference between the rhetoric and the reality… Tema was to be transformational… it wasn’t when the numbers came in… DRC ratification was supposed to be “a formality” … well over 12 months later and counting.. it isn’t…..KSA is supposed to add material revenue to 2022 numbers… well we are way in to Q3… and the contract win so far has been pennies…. So with the pattern of falsehood from Pete…. It is very easy to be sceptical of any good news until we see the bottom line….B

Bilge… no activity for nearly an hour… think it might be dead after the electric shock therapy attempt to come out of the coma… B

and quite clearly, someone desperate to clear off selling a huge wad at 1.2p and MMs taking the pee... hope he gets that Ferrari with his spoils... B

So, the market rewards this announcement with a 25% spread….. even they don’t know how it will be received… for me, its revenue, so it’s good news… but wrapped up in the usual Pete smoke and mirrors… why is it “potentially” worth something and why use “several”… god why cannot he just say tangible facts….after 30 mins… market shrugged its shoulders… back to as you were… and on the other Sherlock front…. KSA vacancies… let’s see. B
