Agreed. .I suspect this will tick up to 3P very soon with a 2.9p and 3.1p spread. ..no one is selling at the moment. Tick tock. ..B

But it appears that I never owned them in the first place as the purchase never settled. ..seems even though there was a contract. ..it has not been fulfilled by the broker. .B

weird thing is I have been told by my broker that the settlement did not take place for the purchase either, so if I neither bought nor sold then I should be put back in to the position I started..........shouldn't I........... not sure how it became my problem to solve. B

Have just tried to withdraw funds from the sale of my shares on Friday 12th and told same as others on here that settlement was 16th and the counterparty has not settled. My broker seems to say tough but I have read the FSA rule on settlement that quite clearly states that the member firm is obligated to settle even when the counterparty fails to settle. So what's the catch? .B

Agreed SFU.....in some ways I am not too fussed the sp has not run away. I intend to move some wsg profit over here at the end of the month (when the biggy arrives )...so require some perfect timing to get as many star shares as I can. B

Should be...but I suspect Dibs is right. ...AIM expects too much sometimes and doesn't like it when you do not do what you said. ...65k left outstanding to YA is not a lot and I expect it paid in the next trading update. ...however some penny pinching going on and in the old days it was called prudence. ..B
