I think we can write this well off as a discovery but will never be developed. My big hope is camabozla next year now.

It will take the new broker some time to bed in and work with the existing brokers to develop the plans further. my guess would be at least 1 Month and probably as long as its before the usual christmas lull all will be happy. Not a clue what it could be to be honest. I did think about PMG but i cant see it without some asset sales Platypus & Netherlands are the obvious assets to keep but GPA area and wind development im not sure it fits the low carbon model for Kistos.

I would tend to agree with those valuations. COS is around 25% if i remember so a 1 in 4 chance of a hit. hoping the data interpretation is as good as they think, its in an area the mgmt know well so wouldn't have bought in without some sort of hope this is linked to previous discovery areas. Cant imagine at 25% COS anything is valued in.

Why do we think we will get news from Egyptian Vulture this week RNS States up to 7 weeks for drilling (this will include P & A ops - 1 week max for that) i would guess at least 1 week and probably 2? Mugentind has a 5-7 week drilling window so probably nearer third week of November for that one to annouce results.

Hope so! Should be some more news in the next few weeks regarding Vieland and also the next stage of the drilling campaign.

It strikes me NEX needs SGC efficiencies more that SGC needs NEX. Can't see this going through at these terms without some moves yet.

Bus morning for News. RDSB & SGC almost missed the spud RNS for Egyptian Vulture. That's the 2nd well underway now and looking at AHTS bookings looks like charters are out for the rig more for Mugentind.

Really low ball and reading between the lines looks like owners are looking to step back, just to think only a few years ago SGC were mulling a bid for Arriva Bus ops after loss of the rail franchises. i would of wanted 90-95p based on pre pandemic. EPS was 13.5 pps last year

Not until i see an RNS Saying it's off. They were aiming for September listing and as recently as Mid-July CEO has been in press saying its a perfect vehicle for them

At least it's an update and seems positive as well. i also noticed no dates have been mentioned as i assumed that listing application, name change approvals dates would be scheduled now.

Hi Paul, It was RNS yesterday that they will be added today, i dont believe it needs to happen at the day open and can happen anytime during business hours. I guess there are probably formalities and fund transfers that happen in the background.

I actually expect this to drift a little this week as we get towards the 18 month date, market doesn't like uncertainty and will be waiting for update. Would expect they will release an update as its a material update for shareholders to know there is a new (unlikely) risk introduced.

i dont think its 40% across the board i applied and got all 100% of my albeit small allocation awarded.

Complete guesswork nobody has any info yet.. I would expect later today or tomorrow it will all become clear

Roll on w/c 17th May. I note that we need to have an GM is the rules for that 28days which if the finance arrangements were announced early next week would take us nicely to the stated date of 17th May, my guess as soon as the PrimaryBid closes on 19th we will get an RNS about the relist.

I've subscribed as well, as has been said its difficult one to judge but hopefully we see a quick closing of the offer as that will help guide how popular its been with retail then over to the Institutionals for the big deal. got to be close hoping we know more soon.

The things is we we are pre fundraise until we have an idea of a deal even Kistos might not get the funds together although they seem confident with Norwegian connections I would be surprised if Helge didn’t know any banks willing to offer good terms
