Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
Roll on w/c 17th May. I note that we need to have an GM is the rules for that 28days which if the finance arrangements were announced early next week would take us nicely to the stated date of 17th May, my guess as soon as the PrimaryBid closes on 19th we will get an RNS about the relist.
I've subscribed as well, as has been said its difficult one to judge but hopefully we see a quick closing of the offer as that will help guide how popular its been with retail then over to the Institutionals for the big deal. got to be close hoping we know more soon.
The things is we we are pre fundraise until we have an idea of a deal even Kistos might not get the funds together although they seem confident with Norwegian connections I would be surprised if Helge didn’t know any banks willing to offer good terms
Thanks for posting Northern Boy. My take on this is that they are aware of the upcoming timings and what needs to be done with regards to any announcements. The Nomad/Exchange doesn't hint to me anything current - definitely nothing about submission documents etc - hopefully some news soon as i can's imagine they will want to leave it until last moment.
Knowing this lot we will probably go down today, hopefully its the opposite and the starts of more news from company and a clear roadmap.
I jumped when i saw the flashing RNS Alert but not what we hoped just the notification of timing for FY results.
I think Longboat would be more likely to be looking at the Spirit deal given the exposure to Norway Oil/Gas mix the directors were used to at Faroe. Especially given the time frame of when the deal was last on the market.
Really interested to see what AA comes up with hopefully it's a good one to get us started.
i agree, should have expected results in by now if based on last years timings, its not as if they would be difficult to produce. Earned -nothing, Spent - Some. Maybe holding off for news so they have something to add to the chairman's statement
Crazy Spready at the moment does not really lend itself to buying (or selling) at the moment. Buy and your 10% down, Sell and you 'lose' 10%
The 45-60 will be the full drilling programme including cessation of operation and move away, average 5days for this so assuming all on track without hiccups I would say hear something by day 55.
Every day that boat stays alongside indicated that it’s could be packing up. If it’s hanging around then that would indicate that it’s loading a lot of kit? Now there is a second boat in way would say to me it’s here to pick up the rest. I’m going for news early in the week good or bad is the question?
I reckon you could be correct. One of the most advanced drill ships on the planet. Hire seems to have been in demand for a while now. I reckon it will be at/close to TD so results either way before it starts finishing up.
Guarantee they will get an extension but they would at least be forced to say why they want one? Just wondering if yearly financials may be due next week, they were released 6th Feb last year maybe we may be blessed with a statement as well
Agreed the lack of update is very poor, unless they are in 'closed discussions' who knows. Their listing as an AIM investing company means they have 18 months in which to make an investment otherwise , so only another 4 months before they update shareholders?
I would very much doubt that they will be able to drill another well in that timeframe, they would need to design the well, get all the permits (Incl Gov) and approvals in place, engage their supporting companies and order all the equipment needed and delivered that doesn't just happen overnight going by what i have seen in other shares i have been in with fast tracked developments
