Most definitely not but we know Tang cares little about shareholders. There will be a huge SP rise on project submittal. They said at the AGM that the future investors were already there. No way will they be investing at 20-30p after the submittal. GCM has funding until the end of May24 but it is pushing the new fundraise to the 'coming weeks' in April. This can only be to get the new investment in at around a discounted 6p before the project submittal.

Disappointed not to see the project submittal is done RNS this morning. Looks like quarter 1 submittal was a target not a definitive. GCM never fails to disappoint!

So in the coming weeks 12 month funding will be done - most likely £2m to be raised.

The investor is already lined up and will want their investment at 25% discount current SP around 8.5p and not at the anticipated SP of at least 25p AFTER the project submittal?

Looking likely that the fundraise will be done BEFORE the submittal. We will have to wait a little while longer for the project submittal.

("PowerChina") (refer to RNS of 28 November 2023), it has signed a contract with PowerChina International Group Limited covering mine development works of approximately US$1 billion necessary to facilitate coal extraction at the Phulbari Coal and Power Project ("the Project").'

The Mine Construction Contract was entered into on 9 March 2024, however, issuance of a Notice to Proceed with the works is dependent on the Company receiving the necessary approvals from the Bangladesh Government and achieving financial closure. As noted in the beforementioned RNS of 28 November 2023, our development partner, PowerChina is committed to assist with project financing.

It would appear that GCM has never been short of suitors. An investor is always found. Deals have been struck with massive Chinese companies. Bangladesh lobbyists DG Infratec, who have the likes of Petrobangla chairman on their board, are being paid in shares. At the AGM they said investors are lined up. Powerchina has just saigned an additional $1billion follar finanacing agreement with GCM.

But hey ho liitle fishJames is worried about GCM running out of cash! :) Jamesss you are talking rubbish, you are not absorbing any of the information given to you.

They may care little for GCM but they care very much about the coal - and GCM has the international court proven 30 year licence to mine the coal. No coal gets dug without GCM involvement. So Powerchina needs GCM absolutely, and takes GCM very seriously. Hence why it continues to sign coalpower, mining, and solar park agreements with GCM.

do these people think powerchina just go around signing $1billion funding agreements on the back of a *** packet (mike basset style!) lol

Ollie is going to wait over 2 months to buy GCM shares and his anticipated buy in is 4/6p.
