Do you believe that "want" has suddenly diminished less than a month later as the share approaches 4p?

Perhaps. Perhaps some will wait and hope for 3p.
Perhaps some know its volatile so will accept -50% and not blink.

Perhaps some are waiting to make up for scale back and fill their boots as the skepyixs on this PBB do their work.

What do yo think deep pockets that were scaled back at 4p after a 29.8% discount to market price to attract them will do as the price approaches 4p?

PI'S are basically a nuisance.

What I mean is the management dont want wider market expectations to drive them, therefore keeping those expectations muted so they dont have to manage them. This gives the wider market impression it's not moving forward. Hence the lack of interest.

The larger shareholders are in the know, in no rush and/or it's such a small position in a large AUM portfolio it's not a worry.

I bet the larger shareholders know the 5 year plan too.
