Projects 3 and 4 are fully carried up to production stage.

They are looking for similar arrangements for project 2 and even for Project 1 additional drilling

For the Gabon project they are going to look for partners for the drilling once the targets are defined.

I wish we had more info on the outcome of the KRT-39-st sidetrack but unfortunately PH will as always keep us in the dark.

Edale seem to have participated in the new fund raise at 1,1p. raising their holding to over 80 million shares

As I suspect they are PH`s pals, I reckon there will be good news in the next few months.

As far as the error about PH`s holding it seems that nobody noticed because they never give us shareholders the exact details of the calculations.

I suppose the total number of shares must be corrected also.

The fact is that on 23/2/2026 he owned 160062808 shares

on 20/5 2026 he has 129420155.What happened to the balance of 30642653 shares

PH seems to have baught a substantial trunch of shares at a lowly 0.7p fundraise and if my maths are right sold 30642653 shares at 1,1p.

I am sure he is where he is to make money like us shareholders but unfortunately we are not getting any benefit from his dealings. On the contrary.

With shares you always need a bit of luck.

We had a bit of luck with the price of oil moving over $100 a barrel to the shagrin of Tony_Month and StockMaiden.I advise them to let go because the next few months will bring them more disappointment that they can handle.Most probably bigger than theit FRR disaster.

Unfortunately for them I HAVE FILTERED THEM because I don`t want to know about their misery

Obviously a lot of individuals that bought at 0,70p are satisfied at making a 100% + profit within six months and move along with other investment opportunities.I will not consider selling at less than 5p which I reckon will happen once formal documents are signed and approved by Georgian and Chinese authorities by the 3rd or 4rth quarter.

Hopefully now that the oil price has spiked the management will revert to quarterly updates which will support a higher SP

Whatever the excuse, it was clear as crystal that the actual intention was to keep the share price low to maximise the no. of shares alloted to the Big Chief as a bonus.Hopefully we will get an update this month.

Sales will stop once we get a positive RNS.

Most probably whoever is selling has bought at .70p so he is making a huge profit (more than 45%) in just 3 months.

I am holding for the next couple of RNS`s which I hope will rerate the SP.

I reckon we will get an update in early February, once the big CHIEF and his clan get their bonus shares on the cheap.

On the other hand Paul has a definite agenda.Keep the SP as low as possible during January since his bonus shares he will get will be calculated based on the weighted SP average during January.

That is why he does not give us even a clue of the performance of KRT-39ST. Based on statistics of the previous well results I reckon the production will be in the 100 to 180 ebpd bracket.

So,patience until the chief gets his bonus shares first week of February.

Avi8r is 110% right.I think investors are held back by the following :

1)phantom KRT-39 EWT results

2)Lack of information of next slim-line venture.It was supposed to be scheduled soon after the success of the KRT-39

3)The upcoming dilution from the grant of bonus shares to the MAGICIAN and company.His greed is by now well known and is fathomless

PH has an agenda. To keep the Share Price as low as possible to make the most out of his Bonus shares the now infamous Remuneration Comittee will grant him for the excellent job he is doing penalising the shareholders.So dont expect anything announced before February Only a miracle would save us !!!

How can anybody apart from his stooges believe in what he is saying?

In the fundraising RNS he contradicts himself,saying: Negotiations are advancing with a major international energy and petrochemical company on a potential farm-in to Project III, while in the highlights he says that Project III farm-out negotiations advancing with multiple third parties.

I am inclined to think that by this time all must have seen the Data room calculated the cost and ran away!!

I will vote against the resolutions despite the fact that the chances are by the capital structure simplification fiddle he is now in control of more than 130 000 000 shares and he will pass them through.

Unfortunately we are at the mercy of PH,lier and fiddler.

EDALE CAPITAL LLP bought an additional 35714000 shares at 0.7p each (total cost Pnds 249998) on top of their orginal purchase of 21693706 shares bought in early October 2022 at approx 1.85p(Total cost Pnds 401333).

Further to the Capital structure Simplification they now hold 5,71% of the share capital instead of 5,81% making a loss of 1,75% in a couple of days.

I am not sure if they were notified by PH being their pal of the forthcoming Capital structure Simplification.

Now their resulting average cost is approx.1,13p .

I e-mailed them in 2023 just before the AGM to ask them to vote against PH but from the result apparently they did not.

Hopefully they, as I consider they are pals with PH ,having spent Pnds 249998 to average down must have prior knowledge of things to come.

Just my thinking but you definitely cannot trust PH .He will act for his own benefit alone.

Only Paul Haywood could have devised such daylight robbery of the shareholders

We must find a way to stop him.

His next step will be a management buyout at .75p

After the catastrophic dilution (27,73%) suffered by shareholders and the repeated lies by Paul Haywood that the company was operating with positive cash flow,the by now well known rampers,god forbid, are out in force to tell us of fantastic news on the way and how well their sponsor has been handling the value creation for the shareholders he has been promising for the last few years.

Of course we are entitled to tell you to get lost and let us deal with your Great Master appropriately.
