Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
that was another laughable RNS. even after every disappointment and failure they expect the market to not see through this one!!!? lol
last hope was the lithium, FAIL
the resources market is in free fall especially zinc
placing soon? share consolidation with it?
this is going nowhere
the PTC news is not news at all. if it was news, it would say " and the first thousand customers are using it "
how many customers of PTC thingworkx use DA!!! its an add on option no one needs as PTC have there own security.
repeat the same news release and change the dates.
pointless re-seller agreement. no dollars associated.
AXM will need cash desperately soon. However, theres another They cannot raise unless the SP is well above 0.10p
the nominal value. Its 35% below that.
So they'll need to consolidate the share capital, and that would decimate current holders position.
The other way would then be to just take it on the chin and add a load more, but when you see your holding annihilated EVEN more....would you?
best hope is an RTO imo.
More funding to come as well. not a surprise.
DA is burning $400k a month minimum $4.8m pa.
So revenues might be $500k a YEAR!. So a few more years before they can break even, hopefully.
tern need to get some RNS's with $ signs next to figures. enough of the 'partnerships'. they mean diddly squat.
Serious competition for DA if this Frost and Sullivan report is anything to go by. Mocana has $20m in funding. And by all accounts looks like the outright winner ?
https://www.prnewswire.co.uk/news-releases/mocana-recognized-by-frost-amp-sullivan-for-its-industry-leading-device-security-management-platform-805484087.html
Fully funded till first quarter they meant to say but didn't!!
If last year is anything to go by, they raised £6m in total, so a fair few more raising's to come this year..
no surprise
still grossly inflated mk cap. No DA exit anytime soon if ever.
CEO keeps saying how well NAV has grown last year, that was down to the £8m they raised in placings!!!!
nothing to do with any growth in the portfolio companies value.
what's the value of TERN, 3p? That would be £7.6m.
if there's upside, i'll buy. until then, i'll wait with interest to but in single digits.
TERN Mk Val is 150% over valued to my mind.
None of the companies are worth a dime at the moment. FVR could get to $5m a couple years down the line.
DA can't sell even 5% to an outside investor after 3 years of scouting the US market. That says it all.
The old saying, if its too good to be true, it usually is the case.
still a tiny amount, for a £25m mk cap. INVMA is valued at £1m. DA £7m. FVR £1.5m
placing soon?
that last order for FVR wasn't worth putting out.
TERN too highly valued, imo.
independent assessment would give that value as to a realistic value of that asset looking forward.
TERN are bankrolling DA largely. these tech companies are cash burners.
they have a $1m contract spread over five years!!!
believe what you want. rose tints specs are not good for spec share investing imo.
DA in the transformative year (cough) did not go up in value!!!
it's still only worth $6.5m to TERN.
FVR worth $1.9m
INVMA $1m.
MK CAP: $33m!!!!
wake up and smell the coffee
still time to exit
back to 4p?
millions of companies partner with MS.
DA are tiny little company, burning $3m a year. which TERN is largely funding!
FVR is not worth current market cap - FVR is worth about £2m.
INVMA worth £650k
TERN mk cap £27m
chart is now looking ugly. i'll be trading this when its in single figures and after the next raise.
gl
The SP is telling the story. The minimal progress DA is making, really calls into question how much DA can be valued at.
could halve from these levels imo v easily.
we'll see.
going down boys and girls, next stop ? ?
what are the holdings worth? FVR is worth what they paid for.
DA....they're stuck with that one it seems like.
for the placing
or the share consolidation?
why invest in something that has nothing to market!!?
Think about that
