Jackbal, with only 278 million shares in circulation even a 200% dilution would have been better for us.

They could have shutdown France, streamline operations raise cash through dilution (worse case, but still better for everybody), cut back on staffing, cut back to core most profitable products, navigate through this current turbulence and when you get to the other side try and expand again - wasn’t this a possible scenario?

The way the whole situation developed from choosing to be loss making but will be profitable by 2022 … to breakeven by 2022 but only for UK&I with France 3 or 4 years behind … to BOOM FSP.

More or less silence through the FSP, no details given through the FSP process … then boom again … Admin & suspension. Then within hours Benson buys Eve out of Admin.

It leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

I wonder, if after the Benson buyout if there is nothing in it for us shareholders, is there a case for contacting the FCA over this?

Is it possible to find out what Benson’s paid for Eve?

There could be some money left over for shareholders.

Surely when Eve called the administrators a in yesterday they would still have had enough cash left to pay all their creditors (and administrators?) - they made this a priority.

So any money paid by Benson’s should mostly come to shareholders. No?

Benson’s involvement should have been RNS’ed before yesterday. I wonder, are CC & TP will be now working for Benson’s?

DGU,. Just seen your post on Bensom buying Eve - before it was even a day old in admin - this does indeed sound fishy.

Surely, id shareholder’s interest would have been better doing a deal with Benson before admin?

DGU, one of my rules from now on will be not to listen to another CEO interview or webcasts - simply go by what they RNS and price action.

Another one is - when a question of Admin appears, bail out, cut losses.

It is indeed disgraceful. Huge loss for me. CC really screwed Eve up. Inexcusable, utter incompetence.

I could have saved about 5% of my investment and chose not to, my decision. I thought the two people buying and filing 8.3’s May have known something but as it turned out they were as blind as me, they just had a bigger wallet and afford to loose more. Lesson learned.

I wish everybody on this board good luck with future investments and hope that we all learned from this.

Ocelot, I agree. Aleph has no intention of selling - you do not exercise £1.4 mil, 127.4 mil shares, on a stock that trades on average 20 mil per day, with the SP at 1.8p and an exercise price of 1.10p with the intention of selling. IMO this was done to support Angus, they know what’s coming. When the website gets update I expect to see all shares held.

Angus is in excellent shape now, I wish I had some more cash to add this level.

BV, the flow rates are great and the well pressure is holding very well. We don’t know what the installed compressor is designed for as it is refurbished, but is already at ~6.5 MMSCFD and looks like it could do 7. Anything over 6 is brilliant.

Is all good mate. Nice revenue at current flow (£1 mil + per month + rev fm oil & condensate)and anything from the sidetrack is straight into Angus pockets. I will be happy with another 4 MMSCFD from the sidetrack but we are likely to get more. Keep the faith.

The loan repayment maturity date has already been extended.

Ocelot, that is what I thought but there is something wrong with the sums (about 3 mil out).

Outstanding warrants as we calculated last time were 46,740,089 plus Aleph’s.

The RNS now states that there are 89,496,995 warrants left. Back calculating fro this gives Aleph, 170,157,033. Not a big deal anyway, the difference is only a a small amount. We now know we have 89,496,995 warrants (in total) outstanding.

What is interesting with Aleph’s warrant exercise is that it comes to exactly £1.4 mil - same as the outstanding loan to Knowe - is this loan going to be paid off? :)

DGU, they raised £10 mil, not £8.5 mil. The way they were going, even without the war the £10 mil wasn’t going to be enough.

We were meant to be in sustainable profitability this year, which meant a profit, or at least break even, for 2021. But this changed to break even for UK&I only ( before the cost of living crisis ) and France 3 or 4 years behind, which means losses until at least 2027.

Now, we are praying for a buyer. Hopefully one will be found in the next week or two - this is what we have left.

In my view, CC screwed up badly. Learn to walk before you attempt to run? She should have concentrated on UK&I only from Day 1. Make money, then expand.

Geeman, they would have been generating cash from UK&I before Putin invaded Ukraine.

Remember, 2 years ago when CC said we could have shown a profit but chose to make a loss?

Geeman, some people always try to find a logical alternative but the truth is if they handled it differently they would still be in a good position and no FSP.

We told CC to pull out of France before in one of those webcasts … but she knew better. Had she done that and pulled out, there would still be money in the kiddy and UK&I generating cash. There would have been no need for FSP.

Get UK&I profitable and then expand. Paying for marketing by selling below cost in both places was not and is not wise.

Holy, are we certain as to which Alan Rosenthal is involved with Eve? Is not the chef is it? I don’t know.

These tweets are definitely a good sign - why will they be tweeting promo material if the doors were about to be shut?
