Jamieh, I bought higher than you, your trades were good buys, the SP should not be down to these levels right now. I think there is a distressed seller involved and this provides an opportunity to add. IMO, this seller has not finished yet but is holding back from chasing the bid. As I said earlier, if the SP drops to <3p I will be adding a lot more. Have sold another stock and now have more funds available. I can wait, all is positive right now.

I am not selling any of my shares down at this level. It is so undervalued that any positive event can send the SP flying. Even CC buying some shares could send this to above 4p. This is a level where you buy/add. All in my opinion ofcourse.

I think that we have a distressed seller here, somebody that needs cash. Why would anybody sell now after a series of good news? Last TU was positive and they still believe that they will achieve sustainable profitability next yer. Not long to position ones self and wait.

SP-wise not looking good for now - still a lot of shares available for sale. I can buy 500k @ 3.125p, buy 1 mil @ 3.36p.

Fingers crossed it will hold, butIf it drops below 3p I will be adding more.

There are still big sellers around and this does not make sense. Could all of these shares (several million) be coming from a distressed seller? To be selling now makes no sense.

GP, until the company announces otherwise the figure to consider is 500 bopd which gives EOG about 230 bopd total from UK ops.

Slawek, if it wasn’t for the North Sea acquisition announcement IMO we would have been well over 2p by now.

New North Sea acquisition - is holding back Share Price (SP) appreciation:

I am an EOG shareholder very disappointed with the failure of the SP to appreciate following the stellar results from Wressle.

Now, the projected yearly revenues from onshore UK operations are expected to be equal to roughly half the value of the EOG MCap and the SP should have had a substantial increase to reflect this positive change, but instead remained stagnant.

I feel that this failure of the SP to appreciate is due to fear of placing to finance this new North Sea venture. I am holding back from buying more EOG shares due to this financing uncertainty. I feel that the SP would now be much higher had it not been for this North Sea announcement.

These same views were also expressed by many shareholders in shareholder forums.

This North Sea venture was announced over 4 weeks ago (24 August, Proactive http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HK1b1k3iaRE) and it was stated then that a further announcement on the North Sea acquisition will be made “shortly”.

Would you please clarify to the market the status of this new North Sea venture to remove this uncertainty.

We need EOG to clarify the North Sea acquisition before this can really take off. I contacted them on this via the website earlier.

I had 30 million shares, now zero. I have today cleared the rest of my holding bringing to an end a journey that lasted over 5 years.

Me clearing out has nothing to do with GreenRoc, I haven’t bought GreenRoc and have no intentions of doing so at this present time. I will give it a few days and then decide. I think you all know the reasons of me selling; when most of what you have left for your investment is criticism then IMO is time to go.

I am out and no regrets. I hope the SP turns and goes back up. I hope positive Alba news land soon
