I don’t know why anybody that looks at charts would think that the SP is going to go lower from here - 2.x/low 3s are history IMO.

We have excellent alignment of Technicals and Fundamentals:

Fundamentals: Stronger results ever last year, stronger results so far this year (underlined by increased cash) and on course for sustainable profitability next year. Directors are buying, including a large chunk in low 3s by the CFO.

Technicals: Clear bottom is forming. Exponential moving averages (8-40-105) are lining up for an uptrend on the daily chart (already in uptrend on the 4-hour chart). Longest horizontal hold on the daily chart since the last peak to over 9p. Cup & handle being formed.

This is no time to exit - is time to enter if you are not in. All in my opinion ofcourse.

Lack of information has been my concern. Having told us that we will get Cyprus and Labrador results in August/September and August past, then middle of September past there should have been an update, instead we had a news blackout since Aug. Anyway, 5 more trading days to end of September now … fingers crossed we will get the results by next Thursday.

Pranchalee, looks like that both Cyprus and Labrador results were promised for August/September - 5 more trading days to end of September and at least one of these should be announced.

I must admit, with the Greenroc announcement the lack of interest is very disappointing today …. No volume, no SP appreciation and the IPO launch is in THREE trading days.

So we have the prospectus saying
“Page 31 of the corporate presentation dated June 2021 says "August-September: results from Cyprus programme" and "August-September: news and results from Labrador". The line at the bottom of the page says "With two major projects, CHF will now have enhanced news flow".
And
A tweet saying results in September.

I knew I saw August/September for results somewhere but anyway the tweet said September.

We have exactly a week left to the end of September which is Thursday this coming week. After the recent news blackout which is lasting for quite a few weeks, I hope they do not fail to deliver results before end September.

As per prospectus we should get results for Labrador too this month.

If CC decides to buy some more I think we will see the SP at 5p :)

So that video was on 27 August, about a month ago.

With respect to news on the North Sea asset coming out, the interviewer used the word “imminently” and Simon used the word “shortly”.

That was 4 weeks ago, so what does imminently or shortly mean? I suppose we should be getting news on the North Sea asset within the next couple of weeks.

Until these news come out the SP isn’t likely to go anywhere.

This North Sea asset, I cannot remember how it came about. There is nothing on the Europa website about North Sea. What do we know about it please?

Oh … and we have a gap on the charts to fill … 31.50p to 65.00p :)

I don’t think that we are going to see the EVE SP at the August levels (low 3p) again. I believe that ship has sailed. All points to going up from here.

Surprising now that we have an IPO launch date (… in 5 days …) there is no trading activity. Would have hoped for some buying?

What we need is CC to buy some more :)

What is holding us back?

With onshore UK yearly revenues about half the MCap the SP is a joke.

Severely undervalued so why no rerate? Fear of placing? Is it the new North Sea project recently dropped on us? Does anybody know where we are with this?

Pre-open bid at 3.5p, up from yesterday’s close. Hopefully buyers will flood in as people wake up

The charts are saying we are going to fly tomorrow ??

Thanks Moodyboy, good find. GF simply mentions “IPO costs” but drilling TBS & Amtssoq costs could be part of that too and in all likelihood they are.
