Ocelot, I would be very happy to see 1st gas on 14 Feb 2022, but is not going to happen - there is not enough time for civil works, delivery of equipment, installation & commissioning & testing. This is a hazardous process governed by strict regulations is not like building a house … as some here seem to think.

With terrestrial technology and capability there is absolutely no way 1st gas can now be achieved by 14 Feb 2022. For this to happen we will need extraterrestrial support, has nobody seen that UFO?

Ocelot, we cannot just simply blame the pandemic for this, delivery dates were set during the pandemic. The RNSs announcing these dates were issued during the pandemic.

No, there is an issue here and is the same issue that is stopping them from issuing the promised SFB reconnection plan. Something is not right. Where is the plan? One more day and November is over.

Ocelot, yes they did close the debt facility after a lot of delays and frustration.

They secured this funding months ago … why now that we have all the money that we need are we not on (the re-re-re-… revised) schedules at SFB?

Where is the equipment that was meant to be on site already? What is holding them back?

There is now no excuse.

James, the flare is the last piece of equipment they going to need. Before that they are going to need the 3-phase separator, compressors, filters, pumps, etc, etc. The flare is simply a safety item. That is not to see that is good to see it on site.

We really need to see a big big ramp up of site activity now.

HITS, I fully understand what you are saying, is based on past experience. However, this time round there is a good possibility, in view of the £12 mil funders, for things to be a bit different. Is based on this belief that I recently added to bring my average down.

I would like to see the plan for two reasons: (1) it gets them to think and do the plan and (2) we got something to keep them in check with. When they miss something we can remind them.

Also, Covid or no Covid, there is no excuse for the equipment not being ready at this present time. There is another reason behind this and I am hoping the plan will give us a clue.

And I am still waiting for the answer … i.e. the PLAN which was promised in October, then November … and is now 1 more day left in November and no plan!

I don’ttake anything that Angus says at face value - in five years I am yet to see one promise materialise.

I will be making some noise soon if the plan is not delivered by tomorrow. I hope other sensible shareholders do the same.

EchDelta, I have 40++ years in FEED development, Engineering Design, supervision of design & manufacture, installation, commissioning and hand over, all in the upstream and downstream Oil & Gas industries, including sewage treatment plans, hazardous waste treatment plants and biofuel plants. I am a Chartered Engineer.

Please, don’t tell me to relax. I can see when the project is not progressing as it should. As I said before, unless we see a sharp increase in site activity NOW and expediting of equipment delivery, we are not going to see 1st gas in Feb/mid-March

Meeting this promised deadline, for me is VERY important.

Either today or tomorrow … as per Angus promise … we should be having the long awaited, long overdue SFB reconnection plan.

It really is inexcusable that Angus left it this long to issue it … and will it be issued by tomorrow?

Or, will it be another broken promise … as other missed deadline???

HITS, I agree with that 100% and as I said earlier, I truly hope I am wrong (for my sake and all the other LTHs), but I am not now expecting the 1st gas dates to be met. Two more trading days left and November is over.

I don’t believe that this further drop today is down to the COVID news - the SP has been bleeding for a long time now.

We all know why the SP is bleeding; this SP rot is down to the inept BOD bering too comfortable in receiving their salaries and doing nothing to support the shareholders. In fact the opposite - this constant going on about acquisitions had and has a detrimental effect on the SP.

Months ago, a North Sea acquisition was imminent and news on that would have been out shortly … then Zzzzz, nothing, nada, zilch, not a word about it.

Why not wait until you actually completed an acquisition before announcing it? Why keep going on about acquisitions at every shareholder communication? Constantly inducing fear of placing.

The Wressle windfall was wrecked because of the now non-existent North Sea acquisition announcement.

Only when SO goes and is replaced with somebody capable of promoting the company properly will we ever see any shareholder value here. All in my opinion ofcourse.

James, I understand what you are saying. That is my fear with delay after delay. These guys (BOD) should defer their salaries to preserve cash.

With the current state of affairs, personally, I don’t see 1st gas dates been met. I truly hope I am wrong, we’ll see when the plan is published this month … but the fact that we haven’t seen it yet and November is effectively over, kind of confirms my suspicions.

HITS, I am not surge about that.. The slow decline has been going on for a few days now (before the flare arriving at site) and is not likely to be that which is the main driver.

The SP has been suffering a slow bleed, volume is relatively small. The civil works starting and flare tweets should have stopped the bleed but had no effect.

I am puzzled by the drop in SP as the 1st item of equipment is delivered to site - what could be the reason?

Any ideas?

BV, thanks mate. I didn’t see that before and is good to know that EA approval is latest 17 December, so it could be anytime now.

Will now be nice to see Angus intensifying their activity on site and increasing their effort on expediting equipment delivery. This is what the market is looking for leading up to first gas.

Hopefully, we will see this happening now with daily tweets and an RNS soon on EA approval – it will definitely rerate the SP if it happens.
