I think we’re at a stage in time where there is high unemployment and BG is trying to look after too many people. I wouldn’t want to see anybody loss there job as once unemployed they would be signing a much worse contact somewhere else.

Sorry if I sound harsh, this is just the facts. Have you had a look at other companies and what they are offering in wage/salary/package and compared?

So many companies have done this, there’s alway a few that hold up the procedure. Just the jobs worths that dragged the company down in the first place. This will be over soon enough and the ones that think they will be better off working for another company or experiencing life in the big wide world will find out how well they are looked after working for a company like BG.

I agree David. We’ve had a few big gains and then drops over the last few months. They want us to take profit or scare us into selling before the big gain. If you time if right you get lucky if you don’t you loss your shares. I’m happy to hold for £1+

Yes you should buy especially at this price, but once bought you need to set a sale price even if you want to hold something like 100 percent up as if you don’t your broker can lend your shares out for people to short.

Yes Jubilee it only works on stock that has been heavily shorted like game stop and would work on tlw. Buy and hold with a high sell price. Short stock is borrowed and has to be bought back at some point.

exactly and if your holding stock long term it wouldn't hurt to have a sale price of £1-£1.50 to protect your stock.

yes buying at a higher price is best but when stock is shorted it is normally done with borrowed shares, these shares have to be replaced. If theres no cheap stock they cant win let the hedge funds pay the higher price.

and it will work well with pmo as shorts are mostly done with borrowed stock so they have no choice to buy back to replace, hold with a hight sell price!

If you own Stock your Broker can lead them out for short use, The easiest way to stop them is, if on order to sell the stock, it can not be leant out or would have to be bought back. This would be enough to start pushing up stock prices. I have just put all my stock on order to sell at double the market value or higher and will adjust if and when necessary.
Shorts will have to be closed one day and if there is no cheap stock to buy price will rise.
