Toprize thanks for clearing that up, there is no way directors are gonna take less than what they paid for. But like I said fumes are talking now. Any other idea they would want to keep this low in this fashion???

They have to offer the maximum paid in last 12 months, they only need share price low to buy up enough of a percentage to make an offer. However I am crazy just more frusrtaion cannot think of any other reason for price action with all the positives.

Gadz, insider trading would be buying knowing a placing is coming, which only they can know, they cannot officially know about a license decision however they will have people close to the decision making process who have provided assurances. If anything I would say sp brought down to accommodate these buys. Imo. However good luck

Why would directors buy if placing coming, why would you do placing now at these prices, you would do placing once opl310 license is back and sp at 10p. Rumours on Twitter are now say the license is on it's way and directors have bought in before news.

We all know what a great company this is, hugely undervalued, great partners, directors just bought in knowing they will multi bag. Let's see the rerate
