SAR very down (bought some more). feeling brave. tempted to buy SYN today as well. but would have to start bottom fishing etc. still both appealing. esp if SYN slides a little more. if you think SYN is going to win in the end then 160, 165, 170 - they are all good prices.

I sold 30% of my SAR this morning. then out all day. didn't look at sp or anything...seems to have gone down a bit. might buy a few more if it slides to 6p-ish.

according to one legendary investor on these boards - whose name I won't mention because I practice discretion - go for IQAI and EVG - low price pharmas. great potential. IQAI could 5 or 10 bag.

My life in SAR and SYN.

SAR. Didn't sell in the morning. Sitting on profits. RNS came out. Read RNS. Mis-understood RNS. Panicked and sold. Then saw a posting on SAR board from Troajan which said 'tree shake'. So I bought all the shares back again - at reduced price. Sp went up. Profits up. Thanks Troajan!

Its hilarious really. I have no idea what I am doing.

Similarly with SYN. Saw the rumor and sold 25% of everything - and ploughed the lot into SYN. Might lose 20% of that - or more - first thing tomorrow.

Makes me think that whatever decision you make - in such a fluid environment - will always be the wrong decision. So I can see the value in always taking profit. Because at least you have a clear path to follow. Or always taking a percentage in profit (and I did top-slice SYN and SAR but not enough). I guess the gambling/live dangerously side of things is very attractive, almost irresistible. So perhaps you need a rule to keep it in check.

Does anyone know how long we should have to wait for an RNS to either confirm or deny?

Yes I just did that! Read the rumor here. Sold everything. Banged it in at 165.

so i just sold loads of other bits and pieces and bought a load more SYN around 165. see what happens.
