Like i said Cobrakai1 we press the buy button. Do you think MFDevCo was set up for nothing, do you think they have signed all these agreements with the consortium partners to not try and progress a deal. Even the latest partners what was it all for? Why take on all these staff, they have done it to try and progress the company model.
Yes they are running out of cash, to date they have not signed a deal and I bet they have tried dam hard to do so.
If they never do then we are all in deep dodo, but i am taking the rns on face value and hope that a deal is close.
Your angry because your not making the money you thought you would in the timescales you thought you would.
Sorry to say but most invested are in the same boat.
I said yesterday i bought more and am prepared to give it 3 to 4 more months. I would suggest you set you own timescales and stick to them.
and if you thought investing in this company was banked profit then you are a fool.
We are in the hands of the company and the staff so i would suggest you get behind them or move on.
I would say he is a PI and a bloody good one, especially when he gets his teeth into something. He wants success and uses message boards to gain interest in a share he is invested in.
Whats wrong with that? i think his opinion has always been an honest one.
Only we press the buy button.
He not one of the PI's that has spread false promises about imminent rises based on insider information.
Minty set up MFDevCo and played a big part in signing the consortium partners, if you believe the RNS and the chairmans statement then stay invested, otherwise get out.
There was a lot of buying yesterday? or not.
There is far to much speculation on message boards.
Hi timbo237, is this not a mention of marginal deals.
MFDevCo has been advancing multiple projects for some time, the negotiations for which are at different stages of development and maturity. Projects include both oil and gas fields, which could be developed using conventional recovery methods or utilise the gas to wire technology that has recently been announced to the market.
Then you should move on, to be honest i will only give it 3 or 4 more months.
Personally i am going to give Graham Scotton a little more time.
He must be confident he can deliver that is why, his chairman's statement is quite good, it does answer many questions. Shame about the placing but we have been expecting it for some time.
They need to get a deal over the line, if you believe his statement then i would assume they are close.
I actually bought more today but would not encourage anyone to buy as i am down 70% like many others.
I have had some luck as i was going to buy yesterday.
Canaries you need to buy back in chap before it really does move, you will be gutted.
pointless trying to pick holes in it.
I guess your other investments are not doing so well.
Best to just comment on the ones you own.
thanks, i did do that but struggled to tie up the dates. i hope they recover, i am interested so will have a read up.
dried up since when, give it a chance Wobwat, it would be nice to see a blue day tomorrow at least. i do feel the drop was unjustified and creates panic. you cant blame people for limiting there exposure but to drop the price the way they do for such a small amount of the share capital traded is just wrong.
i feel it will have settled by next week and every large seller is a buyer waiting to get back in when they feel the time is right.
and for the record LT eats to many currys.
Hi All
can anyone tell me why the sudden drop in SP last June 18.
thanks
Wobwat
doing it in 2 weeks time could give you another 20% loss. no sense to your comment. I dont believe these will continue to drop though so i am siting it out as i feel they will recover in one day with news. the new CEO will be looking to deliver news and to recover the loses over the last few days.
Some people can not help knocking a share if they lose some money on it. You could buy a share one day based on little research, a positive rns and some positive posts only to see it go down 20% a few days later so what do you do, you sell and try again, no research a positive rns and some positive posts and you are down 20% again a few days later, so frustrated by your 40% lose you go back to your first purchase board and slag it off, before slagging off the current share.
posting on this board as often as you do is you not siting back, you talk rubbish. if this share does take off you do not deserve to make a profit from it.
i am 100% behind Alan Minty.
this would not have risen from the ashes without him.
okay i will let you know if i book that time.
It seems my post has gone missing, are you on the 6.45 from Southampton?
i am sure most would be happy with 9p.
GLA
what nonsense some people post on here, I wonder if LT will grow some wings and fly to the moon and back before the next RNS.
get a grip, i am selling up for sure when the share price hits 99p
I preferred MrsPush to be honest.
I am not sure being ready is the right answer.
I have seen a share go up 900% in one day and there is probably others that have gone up more, the issue with this I would imagine as I have not tried to buy on a large rise is that it would of gone up quite fast and you can probably not buy many at a time so to make the 900% on a decent size holding you would need to be in the day before.
I realise there is another argument that if you are not in and it tanks you cant lose any money and the same principle works as if it does tank on disappointing news you will only be able to sell a few at a time and it will drop fast.
I have had disappointment here before when talks with Wood Group and the FDP fell through and Black Spruce and then the oil price tanking but based on all the evidence I continue to hold and top up.
Don't invest more than you can afford to lose is the right answer, then again most of us do.

Although i am slightly frustrated by the time it is taking for further updates i can assure you my comment was not an attempt to ramp the price up, the only thing that will move this share up is positive news from the company. My original post this morning was only to point out that my buy was not a sell as shown and as it was only my second posting one would assume i do not have any buddys either.
So dont be so quick to judge.
