Well we hope it’s not DSM we should hope they are stake building.

If it’s them then that is definitely a concern as means they don’t want to buy the company.

Bought another 1.2m @ 0.63 that’s 2.5m last couple days.

Definitely a seller there.

Picked up another mill at 0.63 and they are still coming in.

I find it strange that there are sellers at that level tbh.

As I did say I’m not against performance related incentives.

I’m ok with rewards on hit targets.

IF is doing some good work.

But those strike prices are not acceptable.

That could have been struck at 1p and everyone kept happy. If things go where we all hope they do then they would have been rewarded well in any case. Instead it looks greedy and has caused unnecessary animosity.

Saying that, clearly there is now an incentive to sell sell the company and vest the options. If that is done 5p plus then all will be forgiven and forgotten won’t it.

2p certainly doesn’t get my vote.

I am for incentive schemes and this was raised at the AGM which I attended.

This however has riled me because of the levels and its made me think very differently. I’ve made my feeling clear off this site also.

Options should be given to reward performance so the strikes imo should have been at 1p.

This has just written a cheque for £200k plus and even more for the rest collectively. This means again imo more than 3x the stock has been issued than should have been, diluting each and all holdings.

Note at the last placing (which I took part at 0.75p) we were not given the benefit of any discount whatsoever for putting ourselves at risk which to date has not worked out well at all.

Yet here they take the stock at half and even a third of the price. It’s low class and leaves a bad taste.

Yes there are caveats of course and I’ve taken that into account but it’s still wrong.

Perhaps and if there is another raise is long sufferers who have backed this company should be given the same treatment and get stock at a discounted price and/or with attached warrants. Otherwise it seems what’s good for the goose is not good for the gander.

Lastly too much talk of 2p here. 2p would just about cover the money PXS has spent on patents. Could have invested in a whole world of stocks that would have given better returns over the long period invested.

I think expectations should be set a lot higher.

IMO we aren’t getting much cheaper with yesterday’s RNS.

I’m surprised we haven’t rallied. DSM aren’t sellers and clearly have faith in the stock. They are position building and I imagine preparing for more.

I imagine Bi-health are watching this situation very closely if they know what’s good for them.

Got the world going for it and it really does seem like the real deal. It’s a super drug but not a drug.

Why are funds got getting wind? Too small?

Get some of this blue cap over the line and perhaps IF etc should start roadshows to small cap funds. Or perhaps that won’t be needed as one of the two big players will start buying.

It’s just the wrong price. Who’s selling? Why would you sell?

I hope this time round any raise the previous players are respected and it’s a good price and why not attach some warrants to the stock at a higher level.

Chart doesn’t signal that at all. Signals it’s going down from the 3p it is.

But there’s no buyer at half a penny.that I find more of a concern.

For me I said I would hold until the AGM.

But if it’s going to be the same old “tomatoes tomorrow” well things could change for me.

So since coming out of suspension with news of oil discoveries and shallow sales, the stock has gone up one quarter of one pence.

As I have said, China is in a proper mess I don’t think the markets are pricing the contagion this could bring.

However for PXS the market is so huge SAMR goes through, even the crumbs of the market should see multiples from these levels.

My personal view is once all these things are in place (hopefully) we will get taken out. We will never see previous levels but I’m sure everyone on here would take 4/5p
