Doubts? Certainly. You'd be mad not to have some. There are a couple of things that could really hamper progress here but ultimately they can be alleviated by tanz govt and key investors. My take is that ultimately the incentives of tanz govt, investors and aex are aligned and that aex will get the licence and a cash injection to move production and further exploration on. The question is not whether there are doubts but whether the risk v reward is worth it. All investing is risky. O&G explorers especially so. But for me the risk v reward at this price is heavily in favour of buying.
