Your welcome, donalb,....when I last looked, Brent Crude was $103.20 per barrel,....at that price per barrel, with RKH existing Sea Lion discovery, plus all of their acreage (which now includes, the old DES & FOGL acreages),....RKH Sea Lion discovery, break even is $40 per barrel, from memory,....I now believe, even the highest arbitration award, that has been mentioned, could be dwarfed, by the potential value, of Sea Lion plus all of RKH acreages, (although, originally I bought back into RKH, for the arbitration result),....PVR are not in arbitration at present, therefore there is no potential arbitration award to consider,......the existing barryroe oil field, plus the potential gas & barryroe deep, has had Funds spent in good faith, on bringing it to the current day position.
BW
I agree with you ("I have always said when one arrives, others follow"),......once Sea Lion development is underway, interest in all three (BOR, RKH & ARG) will increase (IMO),....which is why, we hold shareholdings, in all three (BOR, RKH & ARG),....with BOR current Market Cap of just £16m, there is a lot on offer here at BOR, I have always liked the BOR acreage.
BW
I would have thought, there are many eyes on the RKH arbitration case, which is a no win no fee,.....we (we are also holding RKH shareholdings) were expecting, the RKH arbitration result, by the end of July last year (2021),....if RKH had lost, I see no reason why, the defence held up the result last year,....I agree with you ("Menton will not sue",...before RKH arbitration result is known),.....it's why we also hold PVR & LOGP shareholdings.
BW
Exactly, highlander1970,....I've taken a shotgun approach, with shareholdings in, LOGP, PVR, PRD, PET, & EOG,....with the belief, that common sense will win out, eventually.
BW
Also still here, keeping the faith,......Market Cap £8m ( https://cobraplc.com/ ).

I don't know, when the OM result will drop, Kurgan3,....what I do know, is that I will be here, holding our RKH shareholdings, when the OM result does drop,....that's as much as my crystal ball (Tune: https://youtu.be/ir4PkMjWE7E ) shows me.

I was also holding RKH shares, on Sea Lion discovery (what a lovely day, that was) day, HotMustard,.....I bought back into RKH, for the arbitration result,....hence, I have taken up our full Open Offer entitlements, & increased our RKH shareholdings further, to cancel out any dilution effect,.....with it being this close, to receiving the arbitration result,.....Sea Lion, now looking good, has enhanced the possible return, on our reinvestment into RKH shareholdings, (IMO).

Back in Sept 2010, ARG share price touched s/p@55p,....ARG, with a current Market Cap of £4m, is a hold for myself,....the Rhea Stack ( http://www.argosresources.com/prospects-in-detail.php ) potential, will keep us invested here at ARG, now that Sea Lion is looking good, (also holding RKH & BOR).

When reading RNS dated 24 June 2022, once they have finished discussions with FIG, regarding the terms on which a further extension of the PL001 Licence, can be granted, then I would expect an update....it's good to see our Chairman is confident, providing a loan facility of up to £110,000 to the Company;-
Extract,
"Update on Funding Position
Mr Ian Thomson, OBE, Chairman of Argos, has agreed to provide a loan facility of up to £110,000 to the Company (the "Loan Facility"). Drawdown from the Loan Facility can be made at the Company's request. The Loan Facility is available until 31 January 2023 with no interest accruing on borrowed amounts. If the Company carries out a share issue by way of fund-raising, the lender shall be entitled to convert the loan then outstanding into new shares issued on the same terms as those available to other participants in the issue.
The Loan Facility, along with the Company's existing resources of £100,000 as of 24 June 2022, will provide the Company with sufficient working capital until July 2023."

Year ended 31 December 2021, there was 458,482,117 shares in issue.
Placing shares, 82,182,776 plus 41,091,388 Warrants = Total 123,274,164.
Also 39,652,160 Open Offer Shares plus 19,825,849 Open Offer Warrants = Total 59,478,009.
The above figures, come to a total increase of shares in issue (including all warrants) = Total 182,752,173.
Personally, in light of the above figures, I will feel comfortable with the dilution, once I have increased our RKH shareholdings by 39.87% or above,.....at present, I have increased our RKH shareholdings, by 37.55% approx, so still got a few more to buy.

Could not read that link, topknot,....this link ( https://www.business-standard.com/article/international/natural-gas-soars-700-becoming-driving-force-in-the-new-cold-war-122070500518_1.html ) covers the same gas topic,.....surely, it must be wake up time, for some now.
