So, we have not had the best of news of late and still a few problems to sort out. Frustration is setting also, and I can understand that. I still believe/hope all will come good in the end imo. Most of the plant is working fine the way I look at it. It's the back end is the problem area. Sorting out the fines. Bit of doubt creeping in about the CEO AV. I also get that and understand people's feelings. Especially when he said no dilution. What I will say is that having helped to install new canning lines. Modern all singing state of the art machines and all that. I have never seen ONE that has done what it says on the tin so to speak. Yes I know it's totally different to a mining plant. But the principle is the same. You always get problems some where in the process. The plant was designed for the tin manly, with other materials to sort out for the end products. Seems like the build up of fines is the main problem. Sorter shaker screen separator, magnetic separator what ever the problem is. It needs to be sorted out that's for sure. I don't think for one minute that these problems was anticipated. Or the extra cost to make sure that this hold up is once and for all sorted out. Add a bit here, increase the size there and so on. Am sure they will eventually. I will remain optimistic for this to come good. IMO of course, but each to their own I guess. If it goes belly up. Then AV is a you know what. BUT if all goes well, then I suppose he will be praised for doing a fantastic job. All the best to you all.
