Most if not all started out in this game with the stock market as novices. (Guilty) Most if not all made big mistakes and lost money. (Again Guilty). Sometimes large amounts by jumping in on given share that's hot for that day or so without doing your research on the reason WHY. Then can't understand why that given share drops over the next couple of days. There are many reasons imo. What sector is that company in. Is that sector in demand (bull market) or is it just trading in and out in a bear market which is what we are in now. Have been since end of 2019 early 2020 with covid. Some think it started earlier. Then came the war in Russia. Now we have a high risk of recession. Again some analysts say we already in one and COULD get worse. All of which have turned the stock market into a BEAR MARKET. The signs were there if you paid attention. Yet many small investors blame the CEO and the rest of the board members. Some of which is justified. But MOST of the time it's not their fault with circumstances outside their control. Like others have said. Paul jonson keeps everyone informed/involved as much as he can with what's in front of him that is not price sensitive. 99% of CEO,s don't bother and probably don't care either. As long as they keep drawing down there inflated wages. Many don't even buy shares in their own company ffs. Now with a recession looking very likely. Would you buy house builders stocks or builders merchants stocks. When they get hit with a recession. Or package holiday shares, entertainment sector etc. Look for the signs that tell you what's coming. I think it's called DO YOUR RESEARCH. No I am not an expert, far from it. But I learnt from my own mistakes of not doing so. Except the fact you will make some wrong decisions. But don't go round blaming others like many do. If people can't stand by and expect their mistakes, but blame others. Then its not a game you should be playing.
