Kev well said and recommend. Funny thing though. I remember a tag team from another bb who drove pi's nuts with their constant drivel. Pomander and dolfin5 if memory serves. Very similar posting asking same question and getting up people's backs over and over again. Yet they get away with it. Purposely disruptive posting on a given bb is not expectable according to LSE rules. Suppose it applies to some but not others

Let's get phase 1 up and running first before we start talking about dilution/funding for phase 2. As this may put of anyone thinking of investing in ATM. Maybe they won't need to issue ANY new shares (dilute) as it is possible they might get a loan based on income from phase 1. Or it's possible that a customer might fund phase 2 for a 20/30% discount below spot price until loan is paid off. Have seen this before on other start ups. Just thinking out loud that's all. Hope not affened anyone. GLA
