Bully1985, it's true that nothing has changed. It can't be a leak from the Chinook test, because it hasn't even started yet. And I can't think of any other reason that would cause this to happen out of the blue today. I think that's what I find unnerving and exasperating, the fact that one day, for no apparent reason, the share price drops quite markedly. The volume is low, the trades are small, and yet out of the blue, it happens. I'm always fine if there is a reason to explain it. But these unexpected drops drive me nuts! Especially if I've just paid a lot more only recently. As you say, it's best not to look!

I hope you're right, Brighty1. I always find these apparently inexplicable drops a bit unnerving, especially as I topped up heavily at 172p not that long ago! Several one digit trades going through too, which are a bit strange.

Yes, I've been studying the trades all morning, and from doing some test trades too, I can confirm that most of the trades going through are actually buys. All very odd.

Crikey, I didn't mean my nervousness to stir things up quite like this! And I am certainly not de-ramping! TXP has been the best share ever for me, and I am up to my neck in their shares. I repeat, I am just twitchy while awaiting Chinook, news. I have already expressed the pleasure I got from all the geology information that Xavier provided, and that it was good of him to do that. I feel I have stirred everyone up, which was not my intention by just expressing how jumpy I am. Apologies.

Yes, it felt not so much a visit to say "I'm so excited and I can't wait to share it", but more "don't worry, it's going to be alright", like you would say before a disappointment. But, like I say, I'm nervous and very overinvested here, and have been so burnt before by anticipating good news that didn't turn out to be so.

homebrewruss, thanks for that. It puts it into perspective a bit, knowing that he has used social media before, ie Facebook. I actually feel it's good of him to take the time to provide such detailed information when he must be quite a busy man. It's just that I haven't encountered such activity before in other investments. And being such a wounded investor in the likes of HUR have left me quite an 'edgy' investor these days, and with Chinook drilling results due any day, I'm extra twitchy!

I find it rather curious as to why someone as high profile and prestigious as Xavier Moonan, and so involved with Touchstone would take the trouble to register and post on a UK bulletin board about the prospects and background of said company. Everything has a reason. So, what could that reason be I wonder? Xavier's posts were a delight to read, and it felt good to see them here. But............it's left me feeling a bit nervous rather than reassured. But then, I'm a bit of a worrier!

Anyone else feel curious like me?

Well spotted! I've been watching these double trades go through for several weeks now, and I still haven't worked out what the strategy is, or why. As you say, it does rather raise the suspicion that 'whoever' is attempting to disguise matters!

Thank you very much indeed for the Webinar reports. I had registered, switched on, but for the life of me could get no sound. Not sure why. Us elderlies and technology are incompatible! I ended up trying to lip read PB, and watch for facial expression clues! So, apart from Chinook news frustration, but not long to wait, and the NGC contract not long either, it all seems extremely positive. Thanks again.

Duh!, silly me, yes of course, TXP / PB are third on. I'm so fixated on TXP only, I forgot about the others! Yes, underlying, barely disguised excitement is to watch for. We've seen that look and carefully chosen words before, and he must have a clue by now.
