Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I have read everything on both sides this morning of the argument and Yes the RNS wasn’t the news we were all hoping for, but on the other hand I didnt buy in just for the masks they were just another topping on the cake in my view, and today would have been a different story if we had some news in the RNS regarding what we were all hopeful of, a contract with NHS etc..
All that said, I think a lot of panic sellers this morning and also for some shareholders it was enough is enough so let’s try and claw some losses elsewhere. I on the other hand have left my holding but have also bought more this morning so as someone said early on it was madness to throw more in but on the other hand I believe its oversold and will bounce back, but it brings my average down eitherway, even if I wasn’t already in rms i would of bought in this morning so chucked in some profit from another I sold yesterday. As warren buffet always says” be greedy when others are fearful”…just hope thats true of aim lol time will tell ..we can all only do what we feel for ourselves is right and risk is different for us all and what we can and can’t afford to loose..so good luck to all. DYOR and be comfortable with your own actions. At the end of the day no one forces us to buy/sell only ourselves, so go with your own instincts and not a lot of the carp that written on here, as the posters have swung from positive to negative daily with the share price and all have their own agendas.
Bellers, thats funny as i was looking at TW the other day but decided against as think there’s better potential around at present, as lots of bargains at mo, seems a good buying opportunity in May if you get it right, so hopefully a good move for you. Buy sell Fred it is eitherway, and timing is everything as we know, and at present cant see any reason for the hammering the last few days as yet, other than market conditions etc. Maybe I’m just a little more cautious at mo regarding the current world we are in, and taking so long to get back into profit from hnr. But as I’ve said before Zoe has been a good share for me and I believe has a long way to go and have much more faith in the BOD here than a lot of others shares I could mention.
Yes hear what you are all saying..I was just pointing out the can. Market was in red as most others today but still not getting hit as hard as zoe. Bellers, I know your never miserable lol, but are you saying you bought more again today as I'm sure I read you bought some again a couple of days ago?, at what again we would of thought a bargain/ decent low...around 66/68..
so come on everyone we might be laughing when we look back at this price in time but noones telling me that when they buy a share thinking it's a good price and still drops it's not annoying or disappointing thinking they could of got in cheaper and anyone who says different is just not being truthful to themselves. We are all here to make money and the better the price we get in at the more we make....simples.. as the mearkats would say.
Ive been very patiently waiting for my re_entry point.. thought it was looking cheap last week but has just kept falling ....even today its tempting, but its taking a bit of a bashing and not convinced were at the lower of it yet...its looking more like the HNR days again at present..
And no before anyone starts I'm not trying to get the price down to get in and deramp.. as I know others like bellers etc have bought higher and am not one am like some.on here that like to revek in others misery..i am just clearly watching the markets for my time to buy in ...like I've said before I wouldnt be waiting to do that if I didn't believe zoe was a good investment...but timing is everything in these unpredictable times.
I think if you look at most of the cannabis market at present...knb etc have taken a battering of late.
Also there's alot of new comers entering the market, I believe oxford can. Tech. Is listing next week aswell so is there room for all?? I know which one I'm more confident in..but watching with a close eye. GLA whatever your price.
Hi peac-hy, this is is not only sad but very frustrating. Have you seen the videos of the masks being made in India on floors outside also despatched to this country for care workers etc..it just says were not bother about our care workers as long as it's cheap.
What happened to Brexit and making Britain better for everyone in it. British products made here for the better of us all..make Britain strong again...thought that was the whole idea.
We could have a great country if we used and bought our own fantastic products made here and also less impact to the impact, cleaner air for all. come on Boris sort it out.
Yes I agree. I was too thinking about the filtration side and what Dr cave had said in the interesting Sunday roast interview. I think most shareholders reading between the lines knew that the filtration side was the next big thing. Particularly planes etc.
Anyone that's had covid or got severe long term covid/ lung problems etc has breathing test analysis following to see how theirs lungs are doing. Spirometry testing. These machines all have and need filters changing regularly and was one of the first things to stop as soon as covid appeared because they couldn't risk covid transfer to other patients as they didnt knkw if the testing was safe due to blowback etc.
Imagine if those filters had our technology, the possibilities are endless all over hopsitals etc. The technology is great and a game changer in my opinion not just for covid but influenza etc.
One of the biggest things of the masks etc for me is not just they kill covid but the fact that they are not a biohazard.
I was stood outside the hospital at 7.45am first thing on a Monday morning after the cleaners have "supposdely"been in and the bin was overflowing onto the pavements with blue NHS masks ..so should anyone be surprised it could be airborne...absolute joke! Not to mention ruining our planet when blown over the streets and ending up in our seas.
Good luck to you too...I'm just suprised we were not in green again this morning!
Thanks lockedandloaded, for sharing that, I found that interesting as I have been saying and predicting covid being in the air/airborne before covid came here. Ie I was watching china spraying into the air of the streets with massive machines to Sanitise when they were at their height of covid pandemic and thought they wouldn't be doing that at great cost if it wasn’t in the air. I predicted it was coming here and was probably one of the first to be wearing a mask and not going into my parents/houses etc early back in march last year way before Boris told everyone to do exactly that. Everyone around me thought I had lost the plot but within 6-10weeks everyone was saying you were right, and had stopped mocking after Boris was now telling them to do the same!
Thank Kainos. Hopefully it's not luck we need. We need the right people in, in the right places meeting the right people with the right knowledge and excelling to their strengths and all the ducks lined up.
But GLTA anyway.
I agree with rupertsmum. Also any advertising and interviews etc brings more publicity to rms and any products existing or in the future. At the end of the day Dr cave is a scientist/inventor and he sounds like he is itching with ideas and trying to put them into practice and bet he had loads just like we do. However getting ideas into practice from an idea, design, patents, prducuction, Certification all takes time and to be fair no one should estimate that.
He also is the scientist, not the business brains, your lucky to have one but fair few have both. I knew someone very similar to the sounds of Dr cave. Lots of the ideas and enthusiasm of lots of potential products and getting them to market, but when they have gone who has the ideas then !
The business people can run the business but without the new ideas and future vision you only have the same business!
I also think sometimes that silence is not a bad thing like many. Alot of you will want their leg measurements next. It needs to be a even keel. Silence is golden sometimes, they are just doing what they need to do, not just putting rubbish out to appease shareholders to shut up. I would rather wait for decent news that just noise. I'm quite invested in this and know it's been tough with the highs and lows and shenanigans but hopefully weve moved on from those. Im hoping for the rise like everyone but willing to wait and possibly buy more on the dips if Im in a position to, because I think this has LEGGES !!
Yes here's hoping or I'll be a sadoldgit too.
Sorry didnt realise I posted the message twice. Must be the excitement of us moving lol

I thought that as the 4 ply had got the certification that they had given up on the 5 ply at the time as was causing too many issues for them but a 5 ply was originally intended so time will tell if they have managed to do a 5 ply if needed.

I’ve been watching PHE for the last few months watching it drop from around the 8/9p down waiting to get in, as believe like others PHE has a lot of potential. On Friday I had a feeling it was bottoming so bought in, so couldn’t have timed that better after waking to that lovely RNS this morning. Nice start to the week.
Here’s one to give you all a laugh and lift the mood. Not only I am a shareholder but I bought these masks to protect my family and mainly to feel safe going to my hospital appointments. I would have paid a fiver to get my hands on one of these masks just for this scenario to feel safe in that environment.
Anyway I gave a friend, who is classed as vulnerable one of the masks to go to her hospital appointment this morning as she was also scared of going into the hospital environment, so that she felt safe and comfortable and she was extremely grateful.
She got to the door wearing it and they refused her entry, well the mask anyway lol!
She was told, you need to take that off and wear one of ours so we know its new!!! I told her to stand her ground and tell them she was in a NEW, just out of the packet, covid killing mask with copper nano particles and that her mask was safer than the one she was wearing, and that she wouldn’t be changing it for ones of theirs that could already be carrying covid .
They let her in, in it , but as she’s only young she said they looked at her, to say who does this kid think she is!
Made me laugh but what a stupid situation we are in as we have the best mask and WE are the ones having to explain it to people.
Hi Bellers,
Yeah I wouldn’t be too worried at that price either. I was just lucky with my timing and I couldn’t have played this one better on the last few occasions.wish I could get them all as good as that ;-).
Although looks like I might get another chance at this one today anyway as falling back again at mo. I think anything in the 55.00 -65.00 at mo is about right for me.good luck anyway, but if I had some at 85.00 I’d would be finding some more to buy some more to average down buts that’s me. You either all in or hold back half incase but depends how confident on a stock you are when your buying at the time, for me anyhow. It’s all swings and roundabouts.
Thanks for your reply. It wasn’t on this occasion as I was going to add more at a later stage so was a smaller trade, just while the price was at this to use the available funds I had in at the time to be back in.
They have wrote back to say that it didn’t execute as it was never less than 66.0 but only after 8.02 and my trade was set at 7.51 and was offered if at 64.3 and 65.00 myself so if i had had time to cancel it and click confirm I would of been better doing that as would have had them...I’ve just lost faith in it setting up a limit now.
Morning all. I have done well in and out of Zoe, and seem to have bought and sold recently on numerous occasions and the lows and heights within a day either side, so been a very good share since becoming Zoe for me from being a ltd of hnr. I always thought HNR was going to be one of my life changing shares but wasn’t meant to be until Zoe and cannabis and the complete u turn. I have been watching closely for the last month to get back in since selling around the 1.00 highs.
Kept thinking it’s time when it dropped into the 80s but then 70s then 60s so held on and glad I did, but on Friday I when it was around the 57.00 I thought I think it’s bottomed but had just bought elsewhere instead and wanted to be all in. Anyway Friday I sent some more money in to be ready for this morning to hopefully get back back in and particularly after reading the rns this morning so I put a limit price at 7.51 to buy at 65.0 or less. I did a fake trade myself and was offered 64.3 and 2 seconds later 65.0 so should of got them but my trade never got executed. I’ve wriiten to my broker to ask the question as I’m annoyed as could of done it myself but when I set a limit they always generally get a slightly better deal. So I should now be back in but I’m not, so a bit frustrated. Can anyone with L1 prove to me I’m correct and my trade should of been executed.. broker hasn’t responded yet and I bet they don’t....
Good luck to all of you that are in though. Bellers hope you got that pension money back in at the right time? You were waiting for as it was in the 90s at that point if I remememer rightly. Hope you waited and got a better price with the fall.
Don’t want to put a dampener on things but we all thought this when it hit the bbc news in November about Dr Cave and the mask, but hopefully this time now the mask is in hand it will be a different story. GLA
Craiggy, look after it and I’m sure it will serve you well. we use to have a Renault master SWB, absolutely best van ever. Took it for an mot and the bloke said can believe how good this is underneath, if it had been the same age transit I would be sweeping up the rust, now he said. Enjoy, regretted selling our master!
JLP, theres a reason you only generally find them as imports, as they aren’t rotten. Our cars unless waxoiled and looked after, which a lot of buyers don’t do, don’t survive due to our road salts. Own a couple of gt4s, but was shocked when I saw the RNS this morning , like most , to see Toyota being the one to get involved. Excellent news as was starting to get a little concerned over the past week as thought this share had alot of potential after my research, but now looking brighter again, but definitely brightened my day amongst other things.
