Yes mate phone your broker the company that bought your shares, ask them to send you voting papers, a very important vote is forthcoming, delist or not from the stockmarket. Most would appear to be voting AGAINST delist. Good luck.

If you phone the Halifax and ask them to send you voting papers, they do not come automatics, simple registration to receive voting form, all that is necessary.

Read company RNS, see it repeats about a return to profit first half of 2015, look at the value of recent contracts and last years progress. NREPP American National Recognition of BtB, Screenetics multi million Public Sector Screening Contract, NHS Partnership ki group, Benendon Health BMI Hospitals, BtB2, MyCoach app, 5 Scottish NHS 3 year contracts, UPMC, ObamaCare begining to kick in with Medicaid Insurance, for depression treatment disbursal and much much more. IMHO this is NOT in line with a company being delisted, its in favour of a major investor with inside information, possibility of mopping up future profit and investors money, I suspect..... Complaint need to be lodged before the horse bolts, afterward will be futile IMO.

Please contact the broker that buys your shares, make SURE you receive your VOTING paper, they aren't automatic, a simple phone, they should post them to you, this is very important with a de-list vote pending. Paul Bell needs 75% in favour of de-list, to pass his resolution. Good luck...
