I will guarantee the Northern Powerhouse will not get a mention. They said no and they meant no. SXX is a private company and they know that someone else will come in and finish the mine if necessary so they don't have to do anything.

Expecting another RNS after the close after the earlier pointless one

Would be nice if this sp rise is because of a leak because of good news and RNS coming. We have had so many crashes because of bad news leaks before bad RNS so woulk be nice for it to work the other way

This is a day traders delight after the rout of last week. I am expecting major sell of this afternoon and an sp up about 10% only. This will continue for days. Not expecting any news from SXX for months so going to be a very volatile period for the share price. Large swings both ways with day traders earning a fortune on the misfortune of the LTHS

Apparently Jeremy Corbyn has said he is well aware of the situation and that if Labour were in power they would give the financial support needed for SXX .
There you have it, we all canvas for and vote Corbyn in to power. The country will be well and truly stuffed but we would have a great mine and our investments would be safe!!

I know SXX have been in deep troubles before and have overcome them and I like many others would like to see this succeed but in truth I cannot see where the finance will come from. the £400 million raised from the stage 2 bond sale is to be returned to the bondholders. I believe the 2 billion credit facility from JPM has been either withdrawn or now unable to proceed. For SXX to stand alone they will need financing of some £ 3 billion from somewhere. and if they could not complete stg 2 and are now worse than back to zero because of this, wheres the financing coming from if all credibility has been lost

There are some 6 or so very very large investors who unlike us mere small shareholders know exactly the ins and outs of this project. If they truly believed in the figures quoted on forward revenues and the costs of getting to production then they made their huge investments based on this. Why then, and it would cost them nothing put up the guarantee needed to get the bonds sold. This would not only see the sp rocket, protecting their already large investments and making sure this becomes a huge success. I can only assume they are just waiting to snap this up for peanuts making themselves even more money. Would it hurt Gina to guarantee the bonds. No it would not. But CF is not even in a negotiable position and is now at the mercy of the financiers.

With regard to stage 2 financing I think JPM were to strict and inflexible . SXX had already raised the 400M+ equity and the 400m Bond. Surely when the 500m bond failed JPM could have said Ok the markets bad at the moment you need to leave this for a while but as you have already raised 800m plus then at this stage we will offer you a 1 billion credit facility and release the rest later down the road when you have raised the 500m bond. Would have given them far longer to renegotiate with their investors. SIMPLES

Does not change the fact that all the huge miming/agri companies and even wealth funds have to do is sit and wait for SXX to go into admin and snap it up leaving shareholders with nothing. CF really has nothing to bargain with. Yes there is a mine with huge potential and profit for years to come but its not his. Its fine to say at this stage its worth 10billion and that might be a good valuation but that valuation is on having the money and expertise to finish the job and get into production and CF has nothing, only like us shareholders hope. The big boys smell blood and they will have their pound of flesh.

I would love to see SXX get out the hole they are in and come up with a solution but from their perilous position at the moment and the share price on its knees, the landscape has changed dramatically in the last month and the ball is now in the hands of the companies , bankers and vultures who now see SXX as fair game. I cannot see a way out regardless of the proposals put forward and all I see is the interested parties waiting for SXX to go into admin and then picking up the bargain of the century. The rich will always get richer. The smaller investor trodden into the dust.

The trades are beginning to remind for some reason as The War of the Roses. Its a fight between buyers and sellers 24/7 and you know that a lot of the sells are LTHS caving into the pressures of being 80% down and just wanting to be out. I am only a new shareholder 3 months and down 70% but I will not give up the fight. The project is right but under attack from the hardline money makers. I will stay and I know that good will prevail and Sirius will rise from the ashes with backers and partners and these turbulent times will one day be a distant memory and I and others will thank the day we stood our ground.

I guess I am just despondent at having lost a lot on paper. I have no real idea how it will pan out but I know the heart and soul of CF and BOD are in this to the end, I am sure your right a solution will be found as walking away and filling the hole is a non starter
