Arch and EHGO wish to give the Company additional time to complete the Reverse Takeover and have therefore agreed to waive the event of default ("Waiver") provided that the suspension is lifted on or prior to 31 December 2024.

So this is 20 days overdue and no RNS for an extension or reason why. ?
