What is meant by an IPO raise of £2-4m is that basically a big dilution on relisting? What was originally a technicality (suspension) has turned into a bit of a farce. Unless theres some sort of news pending this is gubbed! Trust is all but gone becuase so far all I can see is a name change and big cash raise? Whats this eco system and this great picture that was painted to relist with a higher Mcap??? Enough nonsense. There's no Finland news, India moves slower than death. Ive been very positive towards CP but its starting to wiff of staying away from the market because its a mess!

Johnny my pet hate is rampers but you're filling the BB with negativity towards the BOD, Its not the 1st time either. And you're not questioning rampers. Theres genuine investors here who dont want to listen to it. Question the wild claims of rampers, question their numbers and their ask why they dissapear on down days and dont seem to care about big drops and then start again. You know as well as anyone a placing was better at 10p than 6p so excitement about the future is not necessarily manipulations by DS but good timing.

Company needed to raise funds; long term shareholders will be rewarded! if traders were caught out thats not DSs concern! Placed at 10 when the SP was 7p not ling before that. He could have placed at 6p GLA

Johnsun - I think you misread todays RNS, the shares are exerciseable any time after the 18th. The 3p accelerator is a clause that allows the company to force the warrant holders to exercise or lose the warrants within the time period... think it was 7 days...."Placing Share issued has an accompanying unlisted and non-transferrable warrant to subscribe for an additional Greatland new ordinary share at a price of 2.0p at ANY TIME within the 12 months following admission to trading of the Placing Shares"

Maybe theyll issue an RNS at 7am to disgourage sells

im saying this happened in January there was an RNS saying options were exercised - "Greatland Gold plc (LON:GGP), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed precious and base metals exploration and development business, is pleased to announce that it has received a binding exercise notice for the conversion of 3,000,000 options at a price of 0.2p per share for a total amount of £6,000.00" .........the 3,000,000 shares were sold in 1 go the next thing we knew Newmont had walked. and whoever exercised the options knew about it!

any time I trade this I'm perfectly open about it, but you weren't here last time this happened so wouldn't know what I'm talking about you pie!

SPs don't always drop before an RNS... but anyway why is todays RNS pointing to 3p is my question? I'm not saying it wont but you're not confusing the 3p accelerator with the target SP are you?
