no update...unless something unexpected arrives
I'm pleased that BM and LA were not awarded options which are essentially entirely risk free. Their significant shareholders are seen as sufficient incentivisation.
Must admit i didn't even see the rns until i logged on here this afternoon. They could have announced at 7am this morning and got more traction rather than announcing after the market has closed.
in the last two years, they have been announced on 30 nov and 21 dec - so we are certainly in the timeframe. They always include a very thorough chairman's statement.
I would suggest that the trade was delayed. Would explain why the price did not budge yesterday despite all the buying.
Hi swizz - thanks for that. How do I view his presentation? Doesn't seem to work for me.
Now charging a premium for 100K
There was a very indepth interview published end of last week in which JM mentioned that we would hear news on funding in q4. I did not take this to mean it would be finalised but maybe a bit more flesh and maybe the first bit of the jigsaw.
How did they manage to get hold of that amount of stock at that price??
The 300K at 1.38 was my little top up in my SIPP. Still some years away from retirement but hoping that my holding of 1.5 million will make a difference.
As usual the media have got themselves very confused over executive remuneration. The "bonuses" they have supposedly received are not bonuses at all. In the past three year, there LTIP awards have lapsed every year because performance targets have not been met (and rightly so) and their annual bonus plan has paid out once (in respect of 2017 performance and at a very low level) in the past three years. The amounts received are simply annual salary (about £750K for the ceo if i remember rightly) and pension contributions. If the labour party and their anti business agenda want to claw back fixed pay then that is very dangerous territory.
So you bought in when everything in the aim junior mining space was massively overvalued. AIM goes from one extreme to the other. If you'd have put your money into the majority of other aim juniors you'd have fared just as bad, if not worse.
Miton are long term holders nd i doubt they look at the price on a daily basis. The fact that we have massively out performed the junior mining index over the past year should be of some comfort. You need good news (which we have generally been having) just to stop your price from being trashed in this market.
I don't doubt you are down, but how can your average be 16 pence when your investment has gone from 30K to 6K. If we were ever to get back to 16 pence, your investment would be worth circa 96K. Think you might need to recalculate your average.
