With regards to EUA, I had 2.2 million from 0.5 pence - sold them between 2 and 2.5 thinking how good i was at this trading lark - need i say more...

Is the settlement agreement with secured creditors expected to be routinely resolved or could this be a major stumbling block. Looking to invest, and this appears the only short term risk.
