I never really understand how prices are arrived at for capital raisings, however, could the recent strength in price be IIs positioning themselves ahead of the raise - either we an eye to participating or having knowledge of the likely price. I have no idea myself but know that the company would not have undertaken any equity offering in the recent 2-3 p range.

HZM are not known for being overly bullish - they tend to take a more pragmatic approach. With this in mind, they mentioned that there is a possibility that financing might be delayed - i think that is them hedging their bets - i still think they expect to complete financing within the original timeframe - end of q2 into q3.

Actual spread at the moment to sell/buy 100K shares is 1.2 - 1.75 - balmy!

the problem is that governments don't see it that way. When everything grinds to a halt, the world economy will inevitably suffer. However, i do think we will look back on this time in 6/12/18 months time and think what an opportunity this was. Been through all this before in 2008/9 - and 2001/2.

Something v wrong with these markets. Current price is 1.9-2 - however, i am being quoted 2.18 for 25000 (less than £1K).
