Looks like NC will incur the first 10m dollar spend before Xmas at this rate. Then move onto stage 2 of the JV early 2020.

Spy, how are warrants a mistake.... They are an additional incentive for investors when taking up a placing. In my view GGP will not let them expire and we will get an RNS to extend life date. We will soon find out one way or the other.

Mom's don't need to mug anyone with over 9 billion shares in issue.

TomE, I don't think Newcrest will invest more than committed through the JV but they may bring a stage forward. This however does not bring in cashflow for GGP other projects. I think GGP will possibly be thinking of a cash raise towards end of year unless these warrants bring in the £4m

IMO I also think the warrants will be extended to allow fluidity of the shares when this eventually does re rate.

Knokke the warrants were bought at 1.25p in July 18... Only a twelve month life.
Obviously GGP expected the sp hold above 2p but this hasn't happened for an extended period to allow for warrants to be exercised.

IMO it would be very bad practice for GGP to let the warrants expire.. I therefore expect an RNS to extend the date.
The DDH1 warrants expire in September - again very bad practice for GGP to let them expire..
I doubt if shareholders or DDH1 would be quite as willing to take shares on any fundraising in the future if this happens.

Newcrest have only (as yet) taken a few tenaments at Haverion. Plenty to go at!

The investment in the business over the last year has allowed the opportunity to take all projects forward into a very interesting time for the company.

Giovs - Yes! this is great trading day. All the sells getting taken out with buys and then move to the next level.

This could be staggering potential - The deal with Newcrest for Havieron plus Blackhills plus Paterson Range East could turn out to be a Boom send for Newcrest and GGP. It will take a a while but the rate of activity is increasing rapidly - Newcrest are obviously having a say in all this.

Taking it up on frequent buys
