Val, for GR to hold an AGM to raise the share cap without a substantial deal signed off, would be suicidal on his part, and I am sure he is aware of that, that said, I would rather see a no deal than a crap deal, all indications are that Circum will land in Sept, even Circum share holders are calling for that one, and there are a lot bigger fish in there than GR.so rather than sign off a crap deal or raise the share cap, I would rather we just strung this out until sept when Circum IPO, I am sure all will come good and we will have that 1p+ Christmas party. Mal, what's really hacking people off at the moment, is that horrible word"iminant", everytime I see it, it sends my retina into uncontrollable spasms, the word iminant has been banded around for a couple of months now... Not sure what your definition of iminant is but to my way of thinking, it's today, tomorrow or at least some point this week.GR will be aware of realistic timescales, so drop the word iminant unless it is IMINANT, and we would all be a lot happier.Wolf

D.D. of course we should progress RHA and ZULU first but I wouldn't be averse to a JV partnering PREM to progress Katete at no expense to us, why would you?

Sharedycat is a serial ramper so Itake anything he says with a pinch of salt, that said, I think Katete is the sleeping giant in PREMs portfolio and hopefully we will here about movement on that at some point this year.

My thoughts too, if that's not an invitation to play PREM, I don't know what is.

I would like to bet any potential partner for ZULU would also be interested in Katete and REEs, rare earth elements are used in lithium batteries and the price of them have doubled in the last year and Katete is brimming with them. Wolf

I should also add if ZANU-PF win the election, it will give PREM a much stronger hand at brokering a deal with any potential partners.Wolf

I wouldn't be surprised if any potential partners for RHA or ZULU are awaiting the results of the ZIM general elections in July, although the political changes in ZIM have been excellent, I would have thought any potential partner would like to see ZANU-PF and Emmerson Mnangagwa retain power first... before signing on the dotted line.Wolf
