Micro GR said 4 weeks ago he would set a date for the AGM in about 5 days time so in that respect the AGM is overdue.

I agree Microtan and when he moved the loan agreement to November it said to me GR intended to stay suspended until after the date of the original agreement and that also happens to be the date for the Zim general election.

Val, 90% will not be priced into the MC.... obviously until we have a JV partner.

The chance we will be locked in... Is far greater than the chance we would not.... That's not necessarily a bad thing though.

Chip, I very much doubt GR would take PREM private, A ZULU deal is nearly in the bag, and not long to follow will be RHA, JV, and don't under estimate the potential of Katete!! .…..…....if I'm wrong, and when we get close to the end of the 60 days, there will be a scamble to join Noel's group.wolf

GR has done well to develop RHA thusfar, but he simply didn't have the expertise or sufficient funds to make it a profitable mine... I'm sure with right JV and cash injection it will make a profit though and be a valuable asset in PREMs portfolio. At the shareholders meeting back in January there was a resounding plee for JVs to fund our two main assets... And it looks like we are going to get our wish so you have give GR credit for that :-)wolf

Why has Microtan post been deleted, was it the insular private group responsible or the trolls?

Chip, what's your thoughts on why GR has extended the loan agreement till November.
