I have been buying in bits over the last week or so, after finding it very hard to buy in reasonable size. Am now very happy to have picked up all that i wanted below the placing price. I also feel like i can talk about the share now am fully loaded, when trying to buy in with not many available i was worried about talking the share up and having to spend more to get amount i was after. Am also relieved i managed to buy in before the jorc announcement as i think it could be a good one.

I bought some more this morning anything below 3p never mind 2p Is cheap

Its not showing but i think we have just been released from whatever trade was holding us back. Bid and ask have both just shot up.

I do wonder if the offer from PRD has come a little too late to scupper the deal with BPC as i think by now most CERP holders will have already voted. Am also wondering if maybe within CERP that not all directors are for the deal and have contacted PRD to see if they can do something to halt the transaction. Its all guess work but something isnt right over at CERP and i think PRD ina great position to take advantage.

Seriously Willec how can it be a good for CERP, have you not seen the share price action since the BPC deal came along its dived as the CERP shareholders have doubts about it. Even the BOD’s had to come out and try to explain their actions as the open market voted by having a big sell off.

Think PRD are giving CERP the opportunity to pull out of the the BPC deal, as everyone knows its a rubbish deal for CERP holders. CERP were struggling to raise funds to carry on drilling. With this offer although probably a bit lower than expected CERP would no longer need BPC which is surely a better deal than the huge risk of the perseverance well which has a low chance of success.

I reckon this is a clever move from PRD. Everyone knows BPC are desperate for cash and i have a feeling as soon as the merger is completed BPC will snap PRD’s hands off to get the dosh so they can drill their perseverance well.

Wow, i dont come on this board too often but oh my there is some frustrated folk on here. If it helps after many years of investing i have learnt that when delays occur and the share price drops that these are the some of the best times to invest as materially nothing has actually changed other than having to wait longer for the jam to come. What am trying to say is now is not the time to give in but actually the time to be buying. The only time i wouldnt do that is if the company was short of cash, which KAT isnt right now so as i see it, there is very little risk unless of course LC comes up with a rubbish deal.

Really surprised this has come back down as far as it has. After purchasing some a few months back i have bought some more this morning. By my calculations we are now priced at no deal happening with Artemis so there is very little downside. If Artemis can sort out their dirty laundry and the deal goes through then at minimum its a bag which has been proven by the recent share price action. Exciting times as we have already seen what the future holds if the deal happens.

Good idea HB. I have been building a decent sized stake in this one by buying in small chunks every time there has been a little weakness. Am not sure when it will be, but at some point soon this will pop. Its a three pronged attack, news from Morocco, Trinidad or Ireland could push the price North, its just a matter of time. Accumulating now means when the fireworks happen you are in complete control to plan a nice safe exit.

There was a 1/2 million sell around 10:30 this morning which brought the price down. I have had two top ups this morning thanks to that sell. We are due news and as somebody said earlier patience is all thats required here.

I might be reading the trades wrong but to me it seems we still have our seller, but we now have a big buyer too and they are battling it out. The Market makers have created a large spread which seems to be taking us private investors out of the game and am guessing it will stay like that until the big dog scrap has finished.

Maybe right or wrong here but as the share price has dropped quite quickly over the last couple of days it is often a sign of the final dump being rushed through. Hoping to see a large sell trade appear here shortly (maybe end of the day) and then the share can begin to trade freely. Am still very confident here and i will be toping up once again.

Judging by mmm’s posts this morning and last week am getting the feeling he sold early today and is trying to push the price down so he can get back in cheap. Nice if it works for him, but i’d prefer to sit back, relax, buy a few on the dips and let the CEO make me some money.

Exactly, hits 3.5 and am snaffling some more. Long term its only going one way.

Aren’t they out of Azer, As they handed all the assets back to SOCAR. I am wondering what they have done with the rig they own though. For me this share has been a massive let down, am hoping things turn around now and the constant dilution ends, as many investors have lost confidence. They need to start progressing an assett as Azer turned out to be a big let down, i dont know if that was the companies fault or the assets were no good, but what i do know is Zen wasted a huge amount of money there and if AC wants UK investors to return he needs to make something exciting happen. What that will be i have no idea.
