I believe Magallin/Tellurian are still on a free carry until after HH2 & HH1z drilling which was part of the licence agreement but they will need to sorted out what is going to happen going forward so the pressure must be on with the delayed planning permission!

Knolegable about your investment which part of what UKOG are doing at HH do you not understand?

This at present is a controlled extended well test which is to be followed shortly by 2 sidetrack drills 1Portland & 1Kimmeridge with test production targeting 750-1080BOPD.

This will then follow through into permanent production for 20 or more years with the drilling of 6 Wells & a water injection we'll in total on this site to produce about 3500BOPD.

2p on rig arrival is certainly a bit steep on arrival but it should definitely have some effect on Sentiment along with the switch back to the Kimmeridge especially if there is 500BOPD + going off to Hamble.

We may even see some cameras for the launch of the drilling.

Does that cover all the site preparation & drilling without the need for raising new funds or borrowing against NVP if that would be possible at that stage?

7- 11million barrels conected oil recoverable with a value of £150-180million alone & £100million per site on the HH licences which there will be between 4 & 8 sites.

Once one site is up & running I am sure that the second will be in the pipeline at HH as UKOG is a growth company.

We will see once we have the CPR then all these spurious calculations will be a thing of the past.

What you both seem to have forgotten in your statements is that as the recoverable oil is extracted the NPV of recoverable oil in the ground also reduces!
