I don't agree but you are entitled to your opinion but if I am right you are going to be a lot more bitter than you are at the moment.

Taking an overview it looks like HH is a done deal.

UKOG now has nearly 86%

Drilling 2 sidetracks about to commence

Planning about to be granted for six wells for 25 years

CPR & future growth & development to follow.

Not content to sit back UKOG plans to head back to the centre of the Weald to appraise Godley Bridge, Portland gas & deeper Kimmeridge limestones in its next license plans BB can not be far behind.

As the growth continues the Holmwood licence & IOW licences will surely follow.

No wands just oil in the ground needing the magic touches to take this a company to its just rewards that will bring long term dividends to shareholders.

Best off in early, hold long & strong IMO.

While I understand your sentiment, what you fail to acknowledge is what happened, what has been achieved for it & what it will bring when the planning for the next 25 years is achieved.

It is not a perfect world 19% - 86% of HH + now 95% of the IOW + 65% of Holmwood licences is not nothing & when the values are realized in the CPR's with PEDL 234 already 100% owned I think that there will be many singing from a different tune.

The concept is well on the way to success without paying a large premium the fun should begin shortly IMO.

You seem to ignore the premis of this being one continuous reservoir.

I am sure the data collected will give UKOG far more information but for now we will have to be patient.

I think 0.8p is a thing of the past.

If as suggested the rig arrives by Monday this will continue the upward momentum.

I personally agree & would like to see SS take up some of his options as it would give UKOG a big boost at a time it really needs some confidence instilled into the market. But I am not he & he may have his reasons which may include the reason that the options date was extended last time.

If the options are considered as part of a salary sacrifice for the price that they are on offer for eg. 0.4p.SS would stand to make a loss by not taking them up.

It is also possible that the company could issue shares every month as part of his salary.

Once the options are taken the director is free to sell some or all of them at any time & only has to notify the market once the transaction has taken place (See what happened a Lloyd's bank).

Have you read the report & accounts the details of the dates that the directors need to take options by is detailed there but is able to be changed in certain Circumstance's.

I hope so but I would not like to see BB slip away due to missing the planning deadline & SS is now calling HH the flagship.

The reason for asking was that the planning extention for BB was until the end of March 2020.

This should have given UKOG enough time to collect data from HH before returning from there statement at the time.

The hope is that reserves can be assigned once the Portland is in production to be used as net asset value so that debt funding can be used instead of dilution.

Has anyone any idea when we will hear anything about a return to Broadford Bridge?

The difference this time is SS has the control of the licence & no free carry to give, just take 86% of the profits, drill more Wells, produce more oil & drill more Wells & so on.

6 at this site then on to the next at HH.

4-8 sites on the 2 HH licences.

If each site produces 3500BOPD that's 14,000-28,000BOPD

Growth on a plate imo.
