I'm not sure, but wondered myself. I'd be guessing it's some bot doing multiple buys to try and move the price up, then execute a big sell? , when the price reaches a certain price making a profit.

True, the licences were mentioned as been available this time last year,, but over the last few months you can't disagree that at least something is slowly moving along.

Oh and the EMH DFS has finally been released after a decade of input!!
